Very basic but very helpful. I dont know why you have a thumb down. They should comment why. Cant wait for the continuation of this tutorial

Haha! funny you say that, we have someone who don't like what we do and it is almost systematic seconds after i publish the video. We don't let that discourage us, because we like what we do and we do it for the community.
To answer your comment about it being very basic... you are absolutely right, that 's because people have a tendency to over explain stuff, we try to dumb it down for the non " Nerds " so they can use it as well. We will pick up the programming and configuration in the upcoming episodes. Thank you for your constructive feedback..... that we like a lot

@@MajorFrenchy I've been trying to learn this stuff for about 6 months now. And the community isn't as friendly as you know yourself. A LOT of people expect you to spend 48 hours on google before helping you out rather than taking the time to teach you so you can teach the next person. I've tried asking people about their own machines and how they did this or did that and they just give me the most vague answers. Even when I ask for more detail they just refer me to the german build a vpin guide. I'm glad you are taking the time to do this. It may not get many views now but when people see how cool Vpins are. Your tutorial series will definitely help.

@@joshyjosh00 So you're expecting someone to do everything for you? I followed the guide you mention without any help and was able to set everything up within the week. The main reason is that with so many variables, its incredibly difficult for someone to assist you if you just install things by guesswork and not following the guide! Even then people in the FB group still answer the same questions every week from people who don't read. Hope this video helps you and all but your comment honestly reeks of false entitlement and lack of respect for other people's time. Having someone 1:1 teach you in the hopes you might relay that on is so backwards compared to a written guide approach that i don't even know where to begin with that logic... certainly i would expect you to be any help to someone else if you can't even figure this out after 6 months of trying. Sorry to call you out so bluntly but I am seeing there are too many people who think they can just walk into this hobby without actually making the effort and instead cut a bunch corners and cry when it doesn't work... so this rant is directed to all those people.

Your proving my point exactly as I stated. Here's what the FAQs and guides don't teach you. How to wire your power supplies, LEDWIZ, relays, mosfets and what they're exactly used for. These seem to be common things in most machines. How to properly use terminal blocks ? I'm not disrespecting no one. I'm just asking for help for myself and so I can teach the next person. Entitlement ? Are you serious ? The MAME arcade community is nothing like this. I've got 4 machines I built sitting in my game room. I send out plans, artwork, wiring diagrams to anyone who asks for my help. I am in awe of VPIN machines and wanted to learn everything I could before making a big investment in my machine. I'm glad you were so smart to get it all set up in 7 days like the good lord. To Major Frenchy : Sorry for clogging up your comments with this. Feel free to delete them. Keep up the good work.

@@joshyjosh00 I'd have to disagree with you on that, The community is very helpful but it's like anything else in life, you will get more when you are super nice to people. I see so many people being blunt and asking for a straight answer which can't be given. Virtual Pinball is complex and a lot of different things can come in play. People need to get their hands dirty and try stuff.
Even this guide as complete as we want it to be will help but won't be the Holly Grail.
Our Approach , we will give as much as we can.....

Do you have any guides for modifying an existing table DOF to include or edit events? I downloaded the Direct Output Toolkit that you have on your website, but can't figure it out. Thanks!

Would like to see this video expanded to show how a table works with the dof software and if we need to add extra code to any of the tables to get them to work properly with dof. Thank you.

realize this video is 2019, but just checking after using Baller Installer should we still put the dof folder inside the plugins folder? F:\vPinball\VisualPinball\Tables\plugins

We now recommend to use the MJR Dof R3 installed from mjr's website. mjrnet.org/pinscape/dll-updates.html the installer will set all folders for you.

    Hello
    can someone please help me?
or you are simply ignored here...

You are not going to get help asking it that way. Read about the subject, we have several guides on our site and in the different forums like FP forums and Vpinball and VPuniverse. Just a heads up, change the attitude, because no one is going to help you
