Great but next time please don't focus on the lights and sofas show us the panoramic view of each room. Stand at a corner and give us a view of the whole room rather than focusing on fixtures

Hi Pam, first of all thank you very much for the tour of the Buxton Point apartments..it was very informative and keep up the good work !! May you be successful and I wish you all the best. From what I have seen is the apartment lack the space in the sitting room area even for the 3 bedrooms imagine you have a family 4 in the 3 bedroom apartment the space will be too small. Now if you have guests and you know we kenyans when we invite people to our homes we could get crowded quickly But this is something its lacking the buxton point and its not cheap for the amount you are paying vurses the space you are getting!!! Thats my opinion.

Its actually true that African countries and the Middle East are building the most beautiful housing.
Where's the oven and extractor over the stove? Very small bedrooms. Odd layout for three bedrooms home . Generally small homes. Too many overall complex more apartment feeling. No privacy.
Hope they are cheap because look cheap either not luxury
I live in Mombasa and I've seen these houses. Let me tell you, these housea ain't worth it. They are small and squizzed. During the hotter months, mtaitana roho safi. ile joto mtaskia. Totally not worth it. No comfort here. The amenities like pools, etc., are what might draw people in, but hizi nyumba ni mbaya roho safi.
Please reduce the 'you know' phrase. It really takes away from what you are saying. No I don't know, tell me about it. And the videos are confusing, one can't really have a good idea of the house plan
