Monica tells Maxie, Robin, Patrick, Mac, and Spinelli that Maxie cant have any stress whatsoever, but she thinks shell have a full recovery. Mac and Maxie are talking about Spinelli when Spinelli comes in with a slideshow for Maxie of their life together so far. Maxie is having a dream in which shes a fashion designer and Spinelli is her inspiration.
