Alpstein: Is this the best hike in Switzerland? 🇨🇭🏔️

In June 2024, we made one of our dream hikes, the geological hike in Alpstein. Hiking from Alp Siegel to Hoher Kasten, followed by an additional hike from Ebenalp to Schäfler Hut. It was 2.5 days with 2 nights in mountain huts.

Thanks a lot, Kylie! ✨ The most scary part was not the rain, but upcoming storm which we've got the meteo alert for... We had to walk on the ridge of the mountain and get to the mountain hut before the storm will come... I've never walked up the hill so fast 😅 And I was ready to film the thunderstorm and it missed us by x kilometers at the end 🤦🏻‍♂️

Full agree, my friend! 🤗 It's a small paradise... Unfortunately it is not allowed to fly there with drones (which I understand), so you have to walk it up 😀

Thanks so much for your comments! ✨😀 It is a hidden gem and as our friends came for a trip from abroad, we had to make it in the rainy weather 🌧️ The scary part was to get to the top before the storm will come ⛈️ And surprise, it missed us by few kilometers, so no lighting photos 😂
