Alcina's 1940s/1950s singing on top of her probably being able to communicate with Perdita is so unsettling and cool. Eveline from RE 7 was able to do this with those she infected. I absolutely love stories where you are reborn as a monster and you have no choice but to embrace it rather it makes you good or evil. It's such an empowering concept to me and makes for a great character study. Let's hope Perdita will be much more put together than her eventual sisters. I can't wait to see what her powers are and hopefully she won't be weak to the cold out of all things. Daria should stick around too, it'd be nice to have maids Perdita can talk to.
