Nehru was not democratically elected first PM of India , Sardar Patel was elected first PM but Gandhiji alone was in favour of Nehru to be PM not sure why till date. This blunder made we are still paying for this till date.
Even Gandhi didn't win against Subash Chandra Bose, but Nehru helped in ousting Bose from Congress, that's why we ended up having partition of our Nation.

None of the opposition parties behave as if they are Indians. They behave like aliens. The govt. of the day requires to be respected as caretakers of the administration of the country. Every little matter is made a huge issue by the opposition. People are fed up of all opposition parties. Everything that the govt says or does is met with disrespect by the opposition parties. This is not the way oppositions have ever behaved for such a prolonged period - 10 years plus now.

What are you talking about? It had many contributions:
Calling Gandhi anti-hindu for speaking against casteism, untouchability and sati (RSS held them as core Hindu principles)
Calling for partition of India
Shooting down an old frail man
Writing mercy petitions to the Brits
Their contribution to the struggle was so big, Aryabhatta had to invent a number for it.
@temp-key-999 Do you know why nehru also wrote a mercy petition to brits ? At that time, this was the norm. Do you know that gandhiji also has written a mercy petition ? The word "veer" is not something which savarkar has given to himself unlike nehru and Indira Gandhi who had recommended themselves the Bharat Ratna award when they were alive. Nehru was sent to Aga Khan palace where all the luxuries were given to him but for veer savarkar who is a real veer was sent to Andaman prison which lacked basic amenities. Veer used prison walls to write on it (whatever he remembered) as he was subjected to severe punishment "kaala paani" due to betraying the British ! Why did brits do this ? They knew veer was much more dangerous to British rule than Gandhi, nehru or other leaders combined. History should be told "as is" and not selectively. Hence, I urge, you also to read history !!
