On this wonderful day when all the people pass their gratitudes towards the one who they feel helpful in lifting their life towards perfection, I also pass my greatest gratitude to Hon Bharat Sir for his wonderful lectures on yountube.

Congratulations on this highly informative session. As Bharat Chug rightly said, there are hardly 5 to 10% changes in the new statutes, which the lawmakers could have made amendments to in the present statutes. It is a "Thuglaq model" change that will create utter confusion for our justice delivery system. It is challenging for senior lawyers to relearn the new provisions. Criminal investigation agencies may take much time to learn the statutes and file the charge sheet. Crores of rupees need to be spent for printing the books and all legal software has to be changed. The corresponding provision of 498 A is still non-compoundable under the new statute. More offences which is arising out of personal animosity could have been incorporated with a corresponding provision of 320 crpc. A separate independent agency could have been established for criminal investigation.
Apart from making the existing situation more complicated, the new statutes did not bring any significant changes that could be called revolutionary.

With victim to be listened, 24 hour production before magistrate is lost as victim may not choose to appear thus accused to remain bar as we see in crime against women case
