Even for the police, responding to domestic violence call is the most dangerous call to respond to. People don't behave normal and rational in domestic incidents, lots of emotions are involved. The neighbor got involved and look what happened to her, shot in the eye, back, head and buttocks. The same woman that she was trying to help wouldn't even let the cops into the apartment when they arrived on the scene. That says it all. In society today there are a lot of people who don't care about their own life, much less others and so wouldn't hesitate to take the lives of others without a second thought.
Stay in your home when you hear neighbors fighting especially if you live in a high rise so close to people ,if your man don't get involved don't you ladies . I hope she survive this.
