Can someone please clarify with sources,
In the second judges case,
CJI had to consult 2 senior most colleagues for appointing other SC judges.
Was this applicable for appointing HC judges as well?
What was the ruling regarding the transfer of one puisne HC judge to another HC also as a puisne judge.
