I recently re-learned how to cook perfectly fluffy (1) brown rice (2) Carolina Plantation (fresh crop) Jasmine rice from Darlington SC and (3) perfectly fluffy Carolina GOLD rice using Chef Sean Brock’s prep and cooking method (it’s a short grain rice that’s carefully made to become fluffy instead of sticky). Would only take three or so minutes.. also, I’m sure the chicken would be more overcooked if you added first

Hmm why are asian fried rice cooked differently. Sone cook egg 1st or chicken seperately. Does it really matter what goes in 1st?
