I am making own chili garlic kasi yun mga nabibili either super grind para na sya puree or super spicy/sweet or napapanis agad. Binebenta ko din sya sa mga kakilala ko and most requested pa 😅 Nakakatamad lang gumawa ng madami kasi un pagbabalat ng garlic 😅 Blender mo lang, if isang handful na chili then sguro mga 6-7pcs na garlic na buo, 1-2 onion, then mdami oil. Ikaw na bahala if gano kapino or kung gusto mo mejo may buo pa ng konti. Then lagay mo sa pot, lagyan mo sugar mga 1tbsp, toyo, oyster sauce kaw na tumantya, knorr liquid seasoning tantya, 1 packet magic sarap. Dapat yun oil nakaibabaw sya so mejo mdami tlaga. Low-medium fire na haluin mo ng mdalas para di masunog ng mga 30-45mins. Then pag mejo brown na yun garlic medium heat mo na ng 15-20mins. Halo halo uli. Then ayun na. It will last for 6mos-1yr bsta tama ang pag keep mo, like sa ref. Enjoy!! ❤

@@dyidyii mejo matagal ang pagluto kasi pwede pang matagalan/pang stock, mejo babantayan mo lang din sa paghahalo para di masunog hehe.. sana nakahelp 🙂
I wouldn't worry about meals turning out right the first time, nobody, not even professional chefs do things perfect the first time. Hopefully yo get to have a short trip, perhaps Batangas with its hills, and being out of rhe city for a weekend.
Better is cook all your food and storage in the freezer, that way yoy dont have to cook everyday and your veggies dont spoil, well I cook for two days is too mucho cooking everyday and we westerns dont eat food for breakfast so maybe is not working for you
