Maintenance చాలా కష్టం అండి. ఈ రోజుల్లో servants దొరకడం చాలా కష్టం. అంత ఇంటికి తిరుగాడే మనుషులు ఉండాలి. పిల్లలు పైన ఉంటే వాళ్లు ఏమి చేస్తున్నది కింద ఉండే వాళ్లకు తెలియదు. ఎంత లిఫ్ట్ ఉన్నా పైకి కిందకి తిరిగే opika అందరికీ ఉండదు. ఈ రోజుల్లో భర్త, భార్య ఇంకా ఒకరు/ఇద్దరు పిల్లలు, వాళ్లు కూడ max 16 yrs వచ్చే సరికి అవుట్ పై చదువులకి ఆ తర్వాత జాబ్ కి విదేశాలకు. నాకూ అయితే నచ్చలేదు. ఎందుకంటే మేము అంతా చిన్నఇళ్లల్లోనే ఆనందం గా గడిపాము. సిటీ బయటకు వెళ్లి స్థలం కొనుక్కుని సింపుల్గా మంచి చెట్లు, మొక్కలు వేసుకొని మంచి గాలి పీలుస్తు హాయిగా ఉండాలి.

Beautiful villa.The features,i liked the most are the waterfall(usually in villas your neighbours kitchen is next to your entrance/hall).This feature provides privacy as well as aesthetic feeling.Dinning space with extendable covered patio is too good. The car parking which can accommodate 6 cars is good. If we buy an apartment,they might give only 2 car parking. The wet kitchen is designed nicely with access to maid room and wash area. And on terrace, covered balcony is nice, bathroom there is a good feature as the guests can use it without disturbing the family members. Overall, a very good choice

I am thinking of two amenities which will make it a complete villa. One is a need, another is a want. Need is the gym. In the second floor (Indian second floor 😀) they should have provided space for a personal gym. Want is a small pool. Personal choice. In Middle East, I have seen a pool, gym, snooker table, home theater in the basement.

One of the best Villas, its superb and its a very good choice. Spacious, Lighting, Air, location are MUST for any home. I liked it 100000%, need to be lucky to be owner of this Villa, in my belief. I am thinking of two amenities which will make it a complete villa. One is a need, another is a want.
Need is the gym. In the second floor (Indian second floor 😀) they should have provided space for a personal gym.
Want is a small pool. Personal choice. In Middle East, I have seen a pool, gym, snooker table, home theater in the basement.
Watching this video makes me want to buy a villa now😊😊
