@@intellectuallearning8118 Due to synchronization issues sometimes the element will not be loaded within the default time. In those scenarios we need to provide some wait. it can be implicit or explicit based on your choice.
We use both the asserts buddy. Depending on scenario we have to choose the assertions. If u don't want to proceed further on some failure then go for hard assert and if u want to proceed further then go for soft assertions

For me only URL and Titile assertion is working and when I used soft assert still browser is not getting closed when soft assert fails

May be due to some synchronisation issues the element might not have been loaded
