My neighbor is 90 and much sharper than most 20 yrs old. After changing jobs at age 56 my memory and attention is much better than it was in my 40s The brain can change and rejuvenate in any age due to stimulus like brain exercise, environment, sleep habits, nutrition and nutrients.
stimulating the brain daily with puzzles, exercise, reading, learning languages, etc are all so helpful for preventing cognitive decline. I had a dead end boring job for a few years and felt like I was getting slower over time. Now I have a more challenging and creative job and spend my time enjoying learning new things and the difference is night and day. I also get depressed much less often now, though it still happens sometimes as it’s an illness.
judt got s new gardening job at 70 and was showing off for a mean boss by running up a hill in 90 degree heat. been back at the gym for 2 yrs now. its never too late for positive change!
Excellent presentation!! Loved your light hearted delivery. I am a 67 year old black female retired science teacher with one parent age 87 who developed dementia at about 70 years old and 4 of her 9 siblings have/ had it as well ( along with Diabetes)at some point starting in their 70s. My diet for 4 years has been 90 percent free of added sugar and processed food. Within my acceptable body mass index. Just tweeked my already heart healthy diet this year to the MIND DIET to be proactive about my brain health. I walk/ run for at least 40 to 50 minutes several times a week and do weights as well. It IS a journey. There is no guarantee, but no excuse not to help yourself be healthier before the last minute. Thanks for your information.
Thx much very well said. Appreciated. Additional health knowledge. Go basics: 7-8 hrs sleep, water, walk morning sun, deep breathing, vegs/ fruits, omega 3.
I’m not sure about anyone else, but I notice almost immediately after eating healthy high fat foods like salmon and walnuts, my brain feels less foggy, I feel more clear and my anxiety and general irritability goes down drastically. Diet is (almost) everything!
i notice that too. for me, its fatty meat and fish meat that have the strongest effect. bone marrow is also very good. pork/beef liver are nice too. junk food on the other hand make me feel awful. i dont understand why some people think junk food is superior to natural foods.
Deep sea fast moving fish have the least amount of pollutants like Mercury etc. I feel good after a fish meal and the next day lively both mentally and physically I have been plant based eating since September 2021 with some fish. Mushrooms are high in vit b 12 iron and protein
I once caught a large king salmon and low heat smoked it over 2 days. I wolfed down a huge amount cause it was like candy! In the gym later that same week im seriously 20 % stronger on every machine! eggs also perk up my brain and mood, energy. shes got amazing thick hair. berries every day fet me.....
I’m 25 but I forget things easily. I always walk into a room, stand there for a few seconds, and walk out because I completely forget what I was going to do.
Just walk back to where you were then go back to the room ...you'll remember...it happens to me too! Sometimes we are just not focused or distracted..haha!
@@vminhope3040 its normal to experience that occasionally. what is abnormal is if its a regular thing. i do not remember the last time i experienced that. lol, maybe years ago when i had too much alcohol? i do not know of anyone who experience that too. do not hesitate in "diagnosing yourself" just because you are not a doctor. you know more about your life, your diet and lifestyle, far more than any doctor. also most doctors are trained only in allopathic medicine. not diet and lifestyle matters. trust me on this. i come from a family with obese doctors. you cant rely on most doctors when it comes to these things. if its nutrient deficiencies you have, there are lab tests you can take to check your status. its not necessary though. just eat a nutrient rich diet that is NOT plant based, and you will eventually fix nutrient deficiencies. if youre dangerously low in certain nutrients, you also need to supplement. b vitamin deficiencies are the most common ones i see. also, vitamin d, and iron. it might take months to completely fix deficiencies. if its toxicity, there are tests you can take too. toxic metal and oxalate issues are common. also, sugar and vegetable oils are bad. these things are toxic as well. keep in mind that when detoxing, you might experience even more brainfog. this is normal and temporary. if you want, you can coordinate with a professional practitioner knowledgeable about your condition, and do things slowly. it might take months to detox. if you rush things, you will feel awful.
Lost my sweet dad to Dementia last year. One of his factors was likely having been on statins for more than twenty years. Dementia is the most heartbreaking decline I have ever seen. I’ll do anything to avoid putting my loved ones through that.

I'm 32 years old. I feel my brain is highly more active and in my 30s than it was in my previous decades. I can only give credit to the foods I eat such as Salmon, Walnuts, Avocados, and Pomegranate plus the regular workouts. I'll reply back to this comment decades later to let everyone know how it's going lol.
When i was growing up i used to always have headaches.Sitting in a pitch black silent room was the only way out. Then i got into fitness and discovered what blood sugar controls and how it can effect our day to day life. This video got me started with everything i needed and i cant remember my last headache

This is one of the best lectures on nutrition I've ever heard. It cuts through the hype and delivers a common sense inspired guide to health and longevity.
I agree with you here! I think the keto diet done right (without vitamin or trace mineral deficiencies) or Mediterranean diet are viable options. What's your take?
Avoid sugars, if u have insulin resistance, some of the things she mention is a No No IMO. If insulin normal it's okay with exercise, and IF or CSF Christian Spiritual Fasting
She also forgot to mention that those children that play in the hallway will insulin can't get them in the door that is stored as fat the very thing that she don't want you to consume or at least a very little of it. But the excessive glucose comes from excessive carbohydrates that the body store as fat for potential energy later but only u are busy. The heart and the brain loves healthy fat. There are no essentials for carbohydrates just eliminate them

Growing up in the 60s I had a neighbor that regularly made his own red wine. He kept it in a large wooden barrel in the basement. He would drink like 4 to 5 large wine glasses of it every day. He used to tell us kids that this was the key to his good health. I still remember him saying that we kids will be doing the same thing when we get to be his age. He would also eat cheeses, I'm not sure if it was on a daily basis. His wife used to buy the cheeses and bread at the local italian delicatessen. He and his wife also grew tomatoes, basil, a variety of peppers, and spices in their back yard. He lived healthy into his 90s. My grandpa was around his age and would drink chilled vodka shots regularly, sometimes with beer. For breakfast it was not uncommon for him to have like 6 or 7 eggs with thick-cut smoked bacon, 2 slices of toast (w/butter), sometimes with navy beans or sometimes with grandma's potato hash, and sometimes include a tin of sardines into the mix! In my life, I have yet to see another man eat so much and stay so thin. But despite his advancing age, he always stayed active. He was always finding something to do. As a kid I would watch my grandfather do yard work for HOURS at a time, repair the fence, pull weeds, paint the foundation, mow the lawn, sweep the patio, stuff like that ---- often in the intense summer heat. He would sometimes consume like 2 or 3 bottles of beer during all this work. His age would have been 65 thru 76 during these years. Well into his 70's he was thin, still played golf occasionally and bowled once or twice every week. At night he would retire with a detective novel and then the bible, then a prayer before going to sleep. He also smoked until he was about 70 then gave it up for good (but he was not a heavy smoker, maybe a pack a week max). Never had cancer, heart disease, diabetes, Parkinsons or anything like that. Spent very little time in the hospital (once in his 40's for appendicitis) And grandpa still lived to be 93. We always say grandpa likely would have lived past 100 if he hadn't smoked. So I'm sticking with my 2 to 4 glasses of red wine daily, sorry.
This is very informative. Remember doing this things will help your quality of life. It' may help you live longer or it may not. Stress can kill you faster than not eating right.

I have always felt that this has come from my gut but have not found the help that I have so badly needed. Having had food allergies and now anaphylactic reactions to antibiotics am tired of taking more and more drugs which don’t work. I eat clean but can’t seem to get ahead. I am currently throwing away my fluconozole and signing up For your products. Thank you so much.
I think the PKD or KetoAF (Paleolithic Keotgenic Diet) is superior to other so called antiinflamatory diets. You probably don't have to do the strict version at all to get good results. I have seen youtube channels with bad cases that has been symptom free when doing the PKD diet. Just doing a liberal Carnivor diet will probably reduce symptoms within weeks.
I’ve had gastroenterological fall out from contracting Sepsis two years ago from a botched hemorrhoid banding procedure ~ I literally was brought back to life twice and lost 45 pounds and my gallbladder whilst in hospital ~ finally consulted with an Integrative Medicine Physician three months ago and my residual ulcerative colitis , esophagitis, and gastritis are improving daily. Regular Doctors and prescription meds did nothing. I take no medications now.

@@felipeb1032 Budget for nutritious food? Explore the produce department. Most raw fruit and vegetables cost under $1.50 a pound. That makes for 75% of your daily meals right there. Most stores sell basic chicken for $1.00 a pound, ground pork $2.00 and mackerel, sardines, safe tuna for quite cheap. Compare that to the cost of the crap you may be eating. Donuts, cake, chips, pizza, sandwich meats and cheese, crackers, dips, sodas, beer, wine, hamburger helper, jalapeño poppers, bacon wrapped sausage. fried rice, enchiladas, banquet frozen dinner, ice cream, yogurt, dairy milk. Forget this, exercise is the first step to a healthy brain and life. Its not just for getting stronger or looking fit, its a form of discipline that your brain needs. once you have stuck to your exercise start adding more things like cooking healthy meals and then reading. one step at a time but dont rush, add pressure if something becomes too easy and reward your self after.

Anyone can learn to hoop! The best but if advice for anyone starting out is to buy a very big, heavy hoop. 38-40” is a good size to start. It matters more than you’d think, having the correct hoop size to start out that is. If you endure a little frustration, hooo through some bruises (unavoidable at first) eventually you’ll get your timing perfected and that will no longer happen. Before you know you’re buying a smaller hoop and progressing on. :)

I just followed this for 2 days. I'm sooo hungry! Bowls of broccoli, sweet potatoes, berries & some fish don't fill me up. This is crazy. And I'm not trying to lose any weight. Butter isn't as bad as she claims. We need fat, even if a little is saturated. Fish oil isn't the only answer & not all of it is so pure. Wish she recommended a good brand.
Isn't the brain made of saturated fat? Fish oil comes i a dark green bottle. Why? Because it's unstable and react with oxygen. Don't drink oxidized oils. Eat stable fats. Eat fish. Eat grasfeed meat. It has omega 3 in it. Lower your consumtion of omega 6 and you need less omega 3. If there was a great need for omega 3 from fish all cultures living inland would die of and there would only be people around lakes, rivers and seas. We can get the omega 3 we need from grasfeed meat. Algae makes omega 3 with help from the sun. But so does also grass.
I have tried to follow the omega 3, dha, omega 6 additions but can't get past the yuck factor. 🐟 I have yet to find any brand of or mix with omega that I can swallow.👃The Fish oil supplements smell terrible! and the smell hits like a right hook to the nose as soon as you remove the lid.🥊 Real butter, and fresh fish, beef, pork, chicken ran through my own grinder and seasoned with spices from the garden, eggs, cheese fresh food from my garden are my favs..
I am 80 chronologically, but my brain is still humming along. I eat as close to 100% organic food as possible, Also exercise, get sunshine, play chess & Scrabble, watch little TV, read, and meditate (most important). Also I take supplements, lots of them. IMO, most important for brain health are PQQ, vinpocetine, Lions Mane mushroom, green oats extract, taurine, magnesium L threonate, Astragalus, jiaogulan, curcumin, EGCG, vitamin C, vitamin D3, melatonin, lithium, r Lipoic acid, ginkgo biloba, huperzine A, macuna dopa, iodine, ginseng, bacopa extract, etc. The body is wildly complex and so it needs lots of different materials. I try to give it what it needs. I also employ Rife frequencies, PEMF, and microelectricity. I do have a dogmatic attitude about it and do not allow myself to "take it easy" because I am in the "golden years". It is a game on some level I suppose but it is, for me, a serious one.
I grew up i Italy. There is a difference in what people know of Mediterranean diet in America versus the way we eat in Europe. The number one difference is that we wait for seasonal fruits and vegetables therefore we follow nature’s seasons. In April, in italy we eat asparagus, in Germany restaurants advertise the arrival of the white asparagus in Italy we look forward to the “wild” green asparagus (frittata di asparagi). If you go to France or Italy or Germany or other cities you’ll find locally grown produce. Additionally people seem to live longer because the walk almost daily to the neighborhood store to buy fresh meat or fish and to find fresh produce. There is no need for the huge 2 door refrigerators to store vegetable for 15 days because they will not be fresh after 5 days. To live well it is better to follow old customs. My last comment: potatoes and polenta are popular in the northern regions where the winter season is longer and people need those carbs. Meat is also necessary in their diet. You eat ice cream in Italy in the afternoon when your are out for a walk but not every day. Pastries are eaten to celebrate a birthdays or other festivities. Pizza is a midday snack, again, just one slice, when you are out running errands. This is just a window in the life of Italians and other Europeans in general. You can call it the Mediterranean diet but is not what is being prescribed here in the States where people eat in large portions and cannot nor want to eat a variety. Americans think first about fast food because they can’t wait, because they don’t know a product, because they are young, they are busy inventing apps, working like robots, they have produced several children without a plan for themselves let alone their children. These are people who will be obese and of their children will obese.

I'll never stop saying this: the less processed the better. As soon as we start manipulating food, it starts to loose nutrients and becomes more calorically dense and less nutrient. But our body needs nutrients more than it needs calories! In my channel #00kidney I usually talk about those foods that can help you with the health of your kidneys, but really healthy foods are healthy for everyone. Carbs are not bad, only processed carbs are. Sugar from fruit is healthy, if you eat it with the whole fruit. Peel included, when possible.
GBOMBS and moderate exercercise at the least and be careful of heavy metals. Animal products are especially contaminated and cause a whole host of problems in the body.
well carbs in general arent bad but even the so called healthy ones contain way more than average person needs..carbs main function is to provide energy for high intensity workouts...like if you need to run away from a predator and get a away quick af..but if youve already consumed the bad carbs for a while and dont exercise like crazy you have to restrict even the so called healthy carbs until your body resets itself and heals....every nutrient in healthy carbs can be found in abundance in many other foods so like 95% of people in modern society do not need to consume a high carb diet processed or not.
Thank you Dr.! What a insight on decades of research. It reinforce some concepts and removes other doubts from fads and quick fixes. Thanks for sharing. I'll thank my Food Nutrition professor who recommended your presentation.

If you enjoyed this video, you may also want to know about some mistakes people commonly make in trying to fix gut health! They include: adding a probiotic to help with excessive gas and bloating (that's just one piece of the puzzle), eliminating a food for 4 days and expecting it solve the issue (will take at least 2 weeks), and not thinking about root causes!
I am much older than 27 years old, and I can definitely say my brain is far better now than what it was then. Couldn't remember or learn anything, probably because my unconscious mind was holding in a trouble past and had no room for learning. How can we not learn or develop now? The Internet is filled with too much information. Someone is teaching you about food, exercise, history, music, praying, meditation, manifestation, Forex, maths, English etc things you never got a decade or so ago!

If only real health could be taught in school. Hard to do when the food pyramid we are led to believe is healthy is bad for us. There's too much disagreement still on the subject.
I think your idea is good but for me I'm eating for my gut health after learning about what could be causing my Irritable Bowel Syndrome'. For me it is the healthy Ketogenic eating plan and intermmitent fasting , and use saturated fats to be able to utilise my fat-soluable vitamins etc. Your diet is rich in oily fish but we don't get much of that where I live so I take cod liver oil tablets, nutitional yeast, wheatgrass juice powder and spirilina, plus sea kelp granules, wheat germ, epsom salts, and a few other food based supplements. The grains are a problem because the bran blocks zinc uptake, and refined carbohydrates are no longer part of my diet. I eat mostly sour fruit and I don't usually have snacks and if I do they are fat because this hardly raises insulin. I recommend Dr Eric Berg, he is holistic and knowledgable. Deb
Yes I had very bad gut an bowl bowl problems for about 3 yrs.everything they check come back negative. ( Hi- pylori) get tested for that there is lots of people with gut an bowel problems who dosent even no they have it ) it is a parasite. Any how mine inthe end I figured it out it was cause I had my gallbladder taken out 30 yrs. Ago an should have quit earing certain foods now im good to go. Althow probiotics are good too.
@All or Nothing Both of those work! There are still products that are processed even in these diets, but for the most parts it's the carbs that are the bad guys. When you're doing these diets you're eating more fat than a regular diet so it's important to make sure your fat is from a healthy source, such as olives, coconuts etc. There are so many types so I'd just Google them to find which ones fit your needs the most as olive oil isn't that great for frying.
Great presentation. Very informative. I enjoyed it very much. I’m going to most definitely be passing along this information to the younger generations.

I’m sorry she lost all of her credibility with me when she said GMO’s are ok and instead of eating grass fed dairy she prefers to go fat free which raises blood sugar faster.
Don't forget the reason why fruits are more filling than just juicing them is because of their fiber content. And eating a whole fruit instead of juicing it will release its glucose content slowly because of its fiber and that's what you want. Fruits and their meat fiber are low glycemic.
Yes it is however I love juicing then I use the pulps/fiber to cook in my lentil soups--so yummy and full of healthy stuff. And the skin go to my compost pile--nothing gets wasted.

This deficiency may result from our soils being depleted of magnesium, the increased amount of magnesium used by the body during stress, medications like birth control, and not eating enough magnesium. Two ways to look at it. The chickens are going to die no matter what you say or do because there is to many people that enjoy eating them. Either you don’t eat the chicken in protest of their deaths or eat the chicken so they don’t die in vain.

stimulating the brain daily with puzzles, exercise, reading, learning languages, etc are all so helpful for preventing cognitive decline. I had a dead end boring job for a few years and felt like I was getting slower over time. Now I have a more challenging and creative job and spend my time enjoying learning new things and the difference is night and day. I also get depressed much less often now, though it still happens sometimes as it’s an illness.
And this speaker has been doing research and is clearly wrong. The brain is the most underrated technology.

I’m not sure about anyone else, but I notice almost immediately after eating healthy high fat foods like salmon and walnuts, my brain feels less foggy, I feel more clear and my anxiety and general irritability goes down drastically. Diet is (almost) everything!
I do notice that my energy goes up and my brain seems ready to solve problems.
i notice that too. for me, its fatty meat and fish meat that have the strongest effect. bone marrow is also very good. pork/beef liver are nice too.
junk food on the other hand make me feel awful. i dont understand why some people think junk food is superior to natural foods.
Avocados are also high fat and anti inflammatory

do not hesitate in "diagnosing yourself" just because you are not a doctor. you know more about your life, your diet and lifestyle, far more than any doctor. also most doctors are trained only in allopathic medicine. not diet and lifestyle matters. trust me on this. i come from a family with obese doctors. you cant rely on most doctors when it comes to these things.
if its nutrient deficiencies you have, there are lab tests you can take to check your status. its not necessary though. just eat a nutrient rich diet that is NOT plant based, and you will eventually fix nutrient deficiencies. if youre dangerously low in certain nutrients, you also need to supplement. b vitamin deficiencies are the most common ones i see. also, vitamin d, and iron. it might take months to completely fix deficiencies.
if its toxicity, there are tests you can take too. toxic metal and oxalate issues are common. also, sugar and vegetable oils are bad. these things are toxic as well. keep in mind that when detoxing, you might experience even more brainfog. this is normal and temporary. if you want, you can coordinate with a professional practitioner knowledgeable about your condition, and do things slowly. it might take months to detox. if you rush things, you will feel awful.

These things generally cost more per pound than healthy stuff. Seriously.
The American public is being sold a bill of baloney when it thinks the common SAD food habit is cheaper than the sane and healthy diet.

Wish she recommended a good brand.
some times when you feel hungry, it's your body asking for water
But so does also grass.
high fat medium protein best for staying full all day!

Dean Mindock Do you take these supplements evryday or spread on the week?
You need to add MK7 (k2) to the D3 to make sure calcium is deposited in teeth and bones instead of arteries and joints.

Would you agree with Minced garlic with ginger ? And how would you incorporate Ginger into your diet , I think your comment is interesting I am in my 50's not a health nut but I do concern myself with eating healthy and not only that I enjoy eating healthy foods .
Mostly I am vegetarian I do include a little meat on my diet at times along with salads etc ..
I had them when I was a little girl also. Talking about the Mercury teeth fillings.
I agree Dora, the herbs and spices are beneficial. I eat ginger daily, also turmeric root when I can find it.Yes, the amalgam in your teeth should be removed. These days dentists are putting fillings that have fluoride blended within it. The other day the receptionist told me my fillings had flouride in them. I was so pissed when I heard it and have no idea what to do with this information.
@@thinkinoutloud.1
Omg ,, Flouide in your teeth fillings ?? I had no idea I had some filled this past year I had no idea I needed to be aware of what is in the filling .. wow ! What about a Crown should I be concerned to here I had one of those put on my front tooth , looks very nice and natural although very pricey 1700.00 to do just one .
@@rhyanna5454 I only know that some fillings do have flouride in them. You need to ask or look up what plastics, resins, glass, porcelain, cement mixtures are in your mouth and how long they leach. Best to do nothing about it because you do further damage to your teeth when you remove fillings and such... I've been told
I loved this conference class, its loaded with tons of education.
How many eggs suppose to eat a day.
Very good and a ton of useful information. Thank you!!! 💜🙏😇
Physical. Health Area - No Diet, rather, lifestyle. This is the best presentation I've ever seen. Brilliant slides, examples and the pace is perfect. I love the direct, clear, succinct and mater of fact approach. I learned so much and it was simple. Stick around until the end because the audience asked great questions in the Q&A. Dr. Liz Applegate is someone that I'd go to to get the facts and nothing more. Enjoy!
Mushrooms are high in protein and iron and vit b12
sorry to disagree but we can only be made of what we eat.

Thanks for your review on the healthy eating, I'm in my 50 and I think I need that .I'm a bit over weight and need to loose some weight. Again thanks

Very informative topic.
This would be of great
help to all of us. Thank you so much.
I'm currently on a med for ckd with a gfr of 36... am I allowed to be taking supplements along with my medication?
GBOMBS and moderate exercercise at the least and be careful of heavy metals. Animal products are especially contaminated and cause a whole host of problems in the body.

Thank you
well carbs in general arent bad but even the so called healthy ones contain way more than average person needs..carbs main function is to provide energy for high intensity workouts...like if you need to run away from a predator and get a away quick af..but if youve already consumed the bad carbs for a while and dont exercise like crazy you have to restrict even the so called healthy carbs until your body resets itself and heals....every nutrient in healthy carbs can be found in abundance in many other foods so like 95% of people in modern society do not need to consume a high carb diet processed or not.
Thank you Dr.! What a insight on decades of research. It reinforce some concepts and removes other doubts from fads and quick fixes. Thanks for sharing. I'll thank my Food Nutrition professor who recommended your presentation.

Ask her to reveal her latest physical blood panel? Is that not fair? People are taking her advice so we should at least see if she is following her own advice
Previous research on humans has study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, for instance, found that DHA supplements had a positive impact on the memory of healthy, young adults.
DHA is the fuel for the brain just as EPA is fuel for the heart. PLEASE NOTE: Phytic Acid that prevents mineral absorption is highest in nuts, beans and grains, Dr Weston Price recommends soaking and replacing the water 3 times. Phytic Acid is water soluble SO my thinking tells me cooking in a pressure cooker, which presses the water through the food being cooked will remove or reduce Phytic Acid and those terrible Lectins. Dr Gundry will teach you about the Lectins

@@OswaldDigestiveClinic what’s wrong with probiotics
I am much older than 27 years old, and I can definitely say my brain is far better now than what it was then. Couldn't remember or learn anything, probably because my unconscious mind was holding in a trouble past and had no room for learning. How can we not learn or develop now? The Internet is filled with too much information. Someone is teaching you about food, exercise, history, music, praying, meditation, manifestation, Forex, maths, English etc things you never got a decade or so ago!
Very informative, yes they need to incorporate a class in school to educate students!
Think Im a total Carb addict,
I Do eat Proteins and fresh veggies and use Coconut, Butter or Olive Oil & ACV.
cinnamon is an excellent source
Wow shes amazing!!!! Very informative on optimizing your heart's health at any age!!! If teachers had the compassion and drive to teach like her at elementary schools and beyond. America wouldn't be FAT so after all. Great PowerPoint Presentation. She deserves an Osacr and a Grammy, Bravo!!!!

If only real health could be taught in school. Hard to do when the food pyramid we are led to believe is healthy is bad for us. There's too much disagreement still on the subject.
@@lindabratcher4457 real health is taught in school but only the few who are passionate and willing to pass the torch.
A lot of Great information here thanks for posting this she is awesome

Very good teaching congratulations very explicit
Deb
I agree with you! Yesss!

TLDR: Eat food that reduces inflammation, and stop eating food that promotes inflammation such as processed food, excess gluten & excess dairy etc.
Histamines cause inflammation SWELLING IN BRONCHI. LUNGS. ASTHMA FLARES. What are NEUTRAL FOODS LIST?? Help US. PLEASE.
Thanks for the breakdown. :)
Absolutely right I don’t eat gluten

Don't forget the reason why fruits are more filling than just juicing them is because of their fiber content. And eating a whole fruit instead of juicing it will release its glucose content slowly because of its fiber and that's what you want. Fruits and their meat fiber are low glycemic.
Exactly but I put fruit in a blender so it doesnt loose its fiber.
Fruit contains fructose, not glucose.
Yes it is however I love juicing then I use the pulps/fiber to cook in my lentil soups--so yummy and full of healthy stuff. And the skin go to my compost pile--nothing gets wasted.

If you liked this video, you may also want to know that magnesium deficiency can be a problem for anxiety. This deficiency may result from our soils being depleted of magnesium, the increased amount of magnesium used by the body during stress, medications like birth control, and not eating enough magnesium. One good food source of magnesium (and delicious) is pumpkin seeds!

Doctors and surgeons should be paid by the government. Not per patients or per operations, they should not have to make a living on the suffering of people. That way, there is no incentive to be just a fixer.

You don't need to eat any "seafood". I have not eaten any meat fish eggs or chicken in 46 years, Your Omega 3s can be gotten from the same source as the fish get it, from Marine Phytoplankton or algae. I was so sorry to see those dead chickens when it is totally unnecessary. B12 is in tempeh and yogurt

Vit b12 is also in mushrooms

Two ways to look at it. The chickens are going to die no matter what you say or do because there is to many people that enjoy eating them. Either you don’t eat the chicken in protest of their deaths or eat the chicken so they don’t die in vain.
Very nice talk indeed..Tqvm
