How did a good story shift so quickly at the end... He was beginning to grow on a heart warming relationship with Jack. A continued of story of two of them would have shown the needed bond between two young "Black" men struggling with past hardships and capable of developing a forwarding plan to reach their pentacle of achievements. The Girl reading a letter of faulty promises to get back together raises issues foreseeable continual problems that didn't work out the first time. This guy has a dream of fulfilling a Scholarship at Harvard. A success story would be for him and "Jack" to assist each other to Navigate that dream together and as a conclusion, the both of them end up Graduating with great honors !

When I wrote the script, I envisioned it as a two-part story. The first part, a short film, focuses on Dante, while the second part, a feature film, centers on Sam. Jack’s role was mainly to reconnect Dante and Sam, so I didn’t initially give him more to do. However, I like the idea of developing their relationship further and showing them achieving great things together. This is definitely something I could explore in Dante's near future.
