It's called the over heat system. You can use it in some skills and as veteran commander you can stack it to release tons of damage, but kill your health at the same time.
Yeah! It's supposed to be that way though, for that one combo skill where he uses fire. It burns him as well, and not just the enemy I think that was put in place so that the combo wouldn't be spammed
If you're into chaining a lot of combos with different skills then blade master is your character.He's also easier to use.Although Veteran can deal more damage though in the cost of his Hp plus he has better range than both Ravens with his bullet Nasod arm.
Yes, I tired it and I personally had a hard time because there is a certain criteria for hp needed. And when you become VC more of your combos overheat and plus you can stack it with his 100mp. So if you are interested be careful and make lots of hp potions if that's your focus.
Blade master* isn't that bad.Sure he can burst you down as fast as RF but he has better sustain and he can chain combos better than both RF and VC. It all relies on your skill.
