he needs extra damage when his mantras on cooldowns buddy and theres a round in diluvian where u cant use mantras at all thats why silent heart is better

definitely minmaxxed either with monster armor just so they don't wipe or just max DVM (which is 72%)
he wouldn’t be able to get max dvm, rare rings like isshins ring and casters ring have a god roll pip of 2% dvm each. (Which im assuming he is using)
So he probably has somewhere around 68 dvm

its just not that good it does no damage gives some i frames but the cooldown is kind of long also the high stat req

because he got 0 heavy, light, medium
its just for mantra > hit > mantra etc, and deto for no mantra rounds, so u can explode them while they block
