Hi, I think you need to select 'Connect' rather than 'Camera' on the Facebook Live page and set it up from there. I am using an intermediate program like OBS, in this case vMix, to output to Facebook and that will set the output to 720.
Unless you have a leveled up account you cannot stream to face book in 1080, normal accounts can only stream 720. Your stream will be stopped from going live, but you can see the preview.
1)try and change browser. 2)do not use Atem(or any camera)on other platform(RUclips, Twitch, whatever) if you're trying with Atem at the same time. It should work directly on Facebook cause Ate is detected as a webcam by the system. Let us know if you fixed it and how. Thanks

Hello man! In blackmagic forum officially sad that you must use connection type-C from atem to type-c in your computer (or ethernet (in atem) - type c) No: type-c to usb 3.0 If you doesnt have type-c in notebook it is problem. For computer (if you dont have type-c) you can buy PCI card with type c

not sure if it's been asked yet, but what about going live "from" the atem? would that work? would that bypass the chrome (browser) type stream?

Why don't you use Restream.io or Castr to multicast to different social platforms . You can then have those online services transcode down to 720p.
