It’s so sad that such a good anime that could’ve been continued and would have been amazing got thrown away by the studio. It’s so sad because this anime was the best anime I’ve ever watched. It had a good plot and amazing and creative characters. It feels like they rushed the last episodes when they could’ve made another season out of them. It’s really sad. Listening to this music and seeing the trio in the background it makes me want to cry really hard. I know it had to end at some point but this, this is too soon. I’m holding back tears as I’m writing this. Yes I know it seems emotional over cartoon characters, but it felt like those cartoon characters were real. Like they were apart of me.

kind of overreacting with the lasst sentence but yeah I've become emotionally attached to this series and its disappointing how they directed the second season when it had so much potential.
Ye and i think the studio didnt have enough money to continue it or was rushed. I was disappointed as well but they have their own problems and at least they made a season 2 for us and I appreciate it even tho its kinda bad.
Cloverworks(the studio that made tpn) had a lot of other animes they were making at the same time and probably prioritized. You could say they sacrificed tpn so they could work on Wonder Egg Priority and Shadows House
Don't worry! I feel the same with Norman, Emma and Ray! If you can see aspects of yourself in a character or more than of course you are going to get emotionally attached and want the best for them 😊 Completely understand that 💖

unable to sleep you walk outside to see the star filled sky. you wondered who has also sat their gaze on this wonderful sky, it all seemed like a dream. you couldn't hold your tears back from the beautiful sight. all you could feel was relief and you wished you could stay in this moment forever. you felt as if you had no worries almost like a child once again. you looked straight up at the beautiful sky and couldn't resist your small smile that at one point formed. at that very moment a small drop of water fell onto your forehead and soon it was fully raining. you could hear it splash as it hit the ground, the wind blew branches on a tree and some leafs glided in the wind. even though it was storming the dark fabric above you looked even better, ,mixed with the cold rain dripping down your face and the comforting sky you could almost fall asleep.

It’s sad that the anime had to end so soon.
The plot was amazing and could be improved in some Areas but I feel like the last episode of season 2 was not even related to the show itself. It was so different and you could not te what was happening. It’s sad how the studio which created this anime just gave up. This anime changed my life in areas. It showed me a different point of view in life, it made me happy. But now that’s it’s over my interest in it is fading away I don’t want it to.

Definitely read the manga. It's so much worth it. A lot of things, even the way the characters acted didn't make sense.
for the people that want the manga, I bought all 20 at books a million and trust me, I may have spent $200 but it was so WORTH IT! I was so so so in love with the series and season 2 absolutely sucked compared to it, they cut out all of the most amazing parts, I loved it and was sobbing by the end, great investment! I was on the edge of my seat and couldn’t put my book down

Everyone’s talking about how the second season is trash and terrible but like can we just appreciate how freaking AMAZING the whole series is and how beautiful yet sad it is. Not every anime is going to be exactly how the manga is and although it sucks they still did a great job on the first season. But this will forever be one of my favorite animes despite how the second season was. ❤️

I felt like this anime was a part of my life. The fact it’s over makes me feel nostalgic. Listening to this song, really makes me cry. Now I barley have anything to do on internet anymore. I don’t even remember what I used to do on internet before watching this anime.
Sometimes I wish these characters were real so I could meet them in real life, to get to know more about them and their lives. Even if, it would be a long wait till then but it won’t happen anyways. This though makes me feel depressed.
Edit: woah, 8 months have passed since this comment, but it all felt like a fantasy. It all felt like a dream. I’ve been trough so many phases since then. Yet, I’m more concerned into ww2, but, of course, I never forgot and I will never forget of The Promised Neverland. :)

I found out about the song before I found out about the anime. I'm not much into music so I didn't look deeply into it at first, but I actually downloaded it and it was the only song that I've ever downloaded or listened to (I'm not much of a music guy, I don't listen to any other songs). I just loved this song so much, it made me feel a mix of sad reality and hope...
A few months later, my sister told me to watch this anime, The Promised Neverland... and after the first episode I found myself lost into it.
BUT THEN this song played at the end, and damn- that feeling I got from hearing it just came back to me stronger than ever. It's like I wanted to say something, but I didn't wanna ruin the moment.
Now that I know the context to this song, I wanted to cry so many times in the first season of the anime... but the second season kind of ruined it all for me 🥲
The comments makes me want to read the manga ( but unfortunately I can't since no store in my place sells manga

Ive been waiting for season 2 to come out with so much joy because i was excited for the goldy pond arc and to see yuugo ofc haha, its just sad that they have thrown such a good anime into trash, it would have been succesful if they didnt cut such good arcs. Really hope another studio would remake season 2 :(
I like how even though it's a repeated video made into one long one, the sound of the rewinding music box doesn't negate the quality of the whole thing.

This anime was my first anime and I’m so proud it was. Everything about it was so beautiful, sadly it got thrown away by the studio because they needed to work on other anime’s or they were lazy and didn’t want to finish it. Either way, this, I’m proudly going to announce was my first anime.

This truly brings a tear to my eye that this anime couldve gotten so far yet they stopped at season one, I would love to see a season two.

Its good, but we are mad because 1 it doeant follow anything of the manga. and 2 its very rushed and they couldve added another season. the creaters of season 2 made the show a lot different than the manga and it makes it so stupid when season 1 was a masterpeice because they followed the manga but season 2 didnt and it made it so much worse

This song is kind cute and relaxing and I definitely like a lot! But, I just have one tiny suggestion tho. This loop would have been even better if you had cut that "crack, crack, crack" sound in the beginning of the song so that it could only be heard at the very beginning of the whole video but not again and again all over the song... That could give it a kinda merging feeling~ But, y'know, I'm just saying XD
