Monster Hunter World in how much it stepped into the new generation was a DREAM GAME for me. Seeing Dragon's Dogma have the opportunity to shine like it was meant to be will make it a once in a lifetime experience. I CAN wait for it, eagerly.
As soon as I saw that quote I knew it was it, and when I saw the blue moon tower my heart skipped a beat. I am so glad to finally see a trailer and witness all the additions made to the second game, I can't wait to see the other trailers
It really looks like a lot of improvements from the original. Despite its shortcomings, DD1 was so fun to play. Something that a lot of games are missing today. Also, keep the silk lingerie please.
@@SchradeDemise Actually my main criticisms of the first game are these two: 1. Game is level dependent, not skill dependent. You need to be able to kill any enemy or boss without leveling up even once using nothing but skill. 2. Open world needs better fast travel and mounts, too much walking around.
@@neamraven i agree. For me it's the world diversity. The first game's map was basically one region, just green. I heard a lot of times that DD1 was just 40% of what it should be, or something like that. Judging by the trailer again, we can see a desert area so that's a really good sign of more diversities. A horse would be a great addition. A personal, custom horse that we can take care of like our pawn. I also want more than one city. Gran soren is so basic and grey that i always look at The Witcher 3 cities and wish DD2 would create something similar or better
This trailer was well worth the wait. It does a great job showing that the team knows what made the first game special while not being afraid to throw in some new ideas (I can't believe they ended up adding beastmen.) Very excited to see how the game turns out.

I like that Itsuno is not deveating from the original, but instead just creating the same concept except better. Like you can see that they're following the mindset of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Making better graphics, giving warrior some love, more vocations, all stuff which the fans all thought could be improved upon, but the combat system and fluidity was great, so were the designs of the creatures, so were locations like the Bluemoon Tower, and so they aren't fix what wasn't broke. I really appreciate that this is pure fan service. Thanks Capcom, looking forward to this.
To see this was the only thing I wanted out of the playstation showcase. As soon as that text come on with the view of the ocean and a wing coming into frame, I knew exactly what I was looking at, and I got goosebumps. The game looks incredible so far, I can't wait for it!
Not Gransys anymore but Vermund, which means new places to explore. Also you can see some monsters from the MMO amd some armor from Bitterblack Isle. Best game ever, so hyped that it's Ps5 only. Also David Lodge as Grigori. BEST. GAME. EVER.

as someone who played the original game on it's release, words cannot describe my excitement for this game. i haven't been excited for a game release in years, but this is one worth getting my hopes up for.

There are going to be so many Lion people walking around after release. Interesting to see potentially more interaction with your pawns, like they are true friends and not just customisable companions. Also excited to see some of those new spells and enemies, like what appeared to be an ice bridge, and creatures that looked like a Gorgon and a giant Harpy. Like most people who played the first DD, I'm hoping for better pawn AI (1:06 looks like one of them springboarded another into the face of an Ogre), and a more populated world.
Excuse me while i crank "End of the Struggle" to max Volume! that song better return when we turn the tide of battle! oh i can't wait to purchase this game, and the see pawns the community will make!
Finally, I can do my Level 1 BBI runs in a new game XD. Hope there's something similar to BBI and a way to keep the "hell-on-earth" post Grigori mode even after completing it for my NG+ characters to go through an even more hellish first experience.

Capcom you have a habit of bringing sequels like after 11 years. DMC5 was released 11 years later. Same goes for this one.
