Why there is such a big difference between the actual and calculated value of wavelength?

Your calculation process is based on a formula derived by a theory. That we assume is true. There could be many source of errors caused by humans. So they may differ. In order to minimize error we correct our experimentation. That is just the future scope of getting errors.
