One thing I noticed on LinkedIn is that most of these USCIS officers have non technical backgrounds (liberal art, music, general studies, etc) but making decisions on complex immigration cases related to highly technical individuals (engineers, doctors, scientists etc). Is it me or there is something wierd about that lol
Is it NOT you. It is true, you will expect them to have legal background but most of them don’t. That is why they have to be trained and when they do not issue decision according to the law we need to appeal. Please consider to like and subscribe to our channel.
