As someone who was a previous cilantro tastes like soap person I just added it bit by bit in to my food in very small amounts building it up over time and then eventually the taste changed for me. Hope this helps!

Lionsmane is truely amazing. I did grew some on my balkony last year and made super juicy pressed steaks. 🤤 (I love Derek's mushroom variations. You guys should do a show together as long as he's still in the UK!) Unfortunately, the weather wasn't quite right to grow them here this autumn. And I fully endorse baked/braised whole garlic cloves!
