There is another belt you missed at 7:39 you can see the old broken one on the left side It will work without the small belt it’s there to prevent tape from unspooling Just my two cents worth
You are correct. I have been looking for a tension belt to no avail-usually find in a package or set. Do you have al ink to just that belt? Thank you cor commenting!
@@AmericanSavageGarage-em2oy you recommended machining a brass one. is there a particular reason you recommend brass? i went to a machinist and he recommended making it with aluminum also should the outer part be a lil rough to catch with the rubber?

how do you take the white thing off? mine is cracked also- and now my transport will not work :(

It is a press fit, so yes gently pull it off.
