This is really satisfying to watch! The camera work and editing in these videos is also amazing, good job!
Hey I need to know something. You are no joke, and I have the most highest respect for you. That sword called the Excelsior, I must know what do you want for her. I understand if your not selling her but if you were to sell her what would she cost.
Hey good question Joseph
It was sold before it was finished
You can contact us at royerknifeworks@live.com for availability and pricing

Hey Josh
I’ll let Josh know

Your grindlines are not of this earth!
Absolutely fantastic.
Hey Thanks
You’re one of the best bladesmiths I’ve ever had the privilege of watching.

I love how you guys are pushing the envelope, very interesting and this blade is amazing
Man as a collector of custom tactical knives and cnc machinist who is also trying to become a maker you really inspire me. Its easy to get sucked into the idea that I need a CNC Mill, a lathe or more tooling for my manual mill to do something but when I watch your vidoes I am reminded that almost anything can be achieved with the tools I have at my disposal and my hands.
Looks incredible so far! amazing job
Kyle, You are without a doubt in my top 5 makers on the planet. Thanks for bringing us along on your builds.
Thanks Mike
Kyle
Looking great so far! Loving the frame construction of it. More so that the previous guard! Can't wait until the guard, handle, and pommel are finished and mounted!
Wow, it already looks incredible.
I can't wait to see the final result.
That clip is gorgeous!!! You always go above and beyond in everything you do. Thank you for all your hard work. Truly amazing to watch. 😊
You've inspired me to build my own blacksmith shop in addition to my current woodcarving shop here on the big island of Hawaii so I can chase my blacksmithing dreams too.
Mahalo Nui 🤙
Ah yes, the sigma grind.
Honestly one if not the coolest knife blade shape I've ever seen. Such crisp and satifying lines, an amazing balance of curves and straight edges, and my gosh the damascus patterns contrasting with the gold inlays... DAMN
Love your videos, amazing but, I just wished there was more of them!
I wish there were more as well. they take a long time to video though. :( Dad is starting to video himeself making his own projects so that will be cool! ~Josh Royer
@@KyleRoyerKnives They are very well filmed & the narration by Kyle is great too! I look forward to many more
The camera work and editing were amazing in this episode.
Hey thanks
Always amazing to watch your videos, so much efforts to make damascus blades!
Thanks Anuhea
I have been following you for a while
And you are absolutely amazing at your trade.
I don’t even know how described it except
Masterful.
Please keep showing us your work

The clip on that knife took it to another level!!
Love the time lapses. You be in the zone on the sander, while everything/one is moving around you. That level of focus is the reason your knives look so amazing. Great job so far.

I freakin love this channel. Every knife maker and anyone interested in knives needs to be watching Kyle IMO. Its so meditative watching this guy work and you can really feel the love of the craft come through in these videos. That may be partially due to the great cinematography too, but you know what I'm sayin. If Ian Mccollum is Gun Jesus, then Kyle Royer is Definitely Knife Budah.

Very skilful work indeed, a pleasure to watch the whole process, the pattern looks great and the end result will be amazing for sure. Your videos are very high quality these days 👍. Regards from Down Under.
I really enjoyed your vid man. Thanks for all of them. Tell your bro he is excellent in his camera work and editing. Hope yall are safe and well.
Smaller more elaborate knives have a uniqueness to them. And the grinds help bring out a greater pattern. Love it.
Love this style!! Can’t wait to see more!!
Outstanding video Kyle. This new Damascus pattern is awesome.
Beautiful work as always
Just jaw dropping beautiful. Also like how you went back to how you did your videos before and not just narration..
Outstanding job 👏 😊...I just finished watching the stone handled dagger 🗡 excellent...Angie in Edinburgh Scotland
That is an amazing piece of precision.
This is the coolest knife you have ever made. Wish it was slightly bigger. Love that spine.
Stunning work on the grinding of the tip, it came out amazing. I'm looking forward to the new build series on KnifeMaker as well! 👍🏻

Dam thats beautiful and it's just the blade
AMAZING man Wow!!!!!
I really like the way you etch/stain your Damascus. It makes the pattern really crisp - or maybe that's the Damascus itself.
Hey thanks Christopher
May the Forth be with you
Dad
@@KyleRoyerKnives Thanks Dad!
Beautiful profile, beautiful and quite interesting eye catching pattern. This one should be spectacular, once again. I can't wait to see the built and integrated. It's really cool how it looks like a dropped nose looking from the sharp side close 3/4 angle, yet flat on the full side profile.
Yeah, like I've ground it three times and it's still too thin.
Copy that too thin.
