I was literally thinking of which wind unit I should build next between Guy and Abel (I have no wind tank for faction tower) and then I get the notification for this video lol
At the tier 3, his passive boosts parry power by 20% per stack. What does parry power actually do? I know parry rate affects your chance to parry an attack, but I can't seem to find anything that explains what parry power is or does. And as for Abel's background, much like Seth and Cammy, Abel is a clone of Bison and was designed to be a replacement body for when the Psycho Power weakened his current one too much.
When I was beginner like before Chapter 12 I could make a half decent Abel tanked team go on consecutive and go do my dishes. Great character just unlucky with pulls at the moment so I can't get past S
@@PayneBlade its like i start the combo and combo 1 when abel jumps in and about to return on other side GUY begin his supercombo , its like abel blocks guy fir micro second and let bzang interrupt him its hard as he is very fast😂
Well many ignored them because all of the RUclipsrs kept making their supposed tier list without even using chars. Now that they are using them all are “Oh shit this char is so good”
@payneblade my apologies for writing this I know you said that you wish to be off your phone and have more family time. I have been following your content and I just feel stuck. I cannot seem to get my characters anywhere near yours. I saved up over 4,000 blue shards and some purples and I am stuck on attaining S+ characters so I can infuse them and get my characters to SS and SsS no matter how many I open I'm not getting what I need. Any suggestions or help, can you do an account review and let me know?
I also said the same,but people are saying he is not meta,but most meta are p2w characters,so yes he is meta for f2p,and I also been sa the same but be youtubers never talk about him until paynable did now,everyone taught he was trash in global chat.
As much as I don’t want Abel when I draw cards I did realize before this video came out that he is really good because there’s time where he’s whooping my ass in supreme tower😂

Parry is like dodge as it reduced dmg taken. Dodge for assassins, parry for tanks
He might not be popular but i woud want to see one on hugo. Since i have been using him frequently

i have bison, viper and guile FS +30, Abel is my next project for pvp.
I recently fs30 my able been had all his cars. He is my favorite tank Honda don’t cut for my teams but my Honda is only fs23 with 4sss cars
both are good in different situations for sure

1 unit kills aoe kills 3 fighters at once. Use fashion blanka and Elena for example and just all with F Blanka. I'll make a video on this
