Since control is passed on 31December 20X1 , the revenue should be recognized on 31 Dec 20X1 by Dr Receivable 826,446 and cr Revenue 826,446 and then recognizing balance of interest income every year in 20X2 and 20X3. Pls clarify.

Yeah this is the right treatment. Maybe it skipped her and couldn't explain further
