I am agent finding buyer to the principal and my principal is engaged in providing service, registered in gst in karnataka and I am in Tamilnadu redirecting the customer to my principal registered in Kannada. 1.Should I need to get registration under sec 24 even though I am not supplying taxable supplies on behalf of principle?
2. What if it is not principal agency service and employee employer relationship. Should Emplyer get registration in tamil Nadu even if he is billing from. Karnataka
