Top of the morning to you, This dish would be great for breakfast, lol but I will be good and have my boring cereal and yogurt. Like your hubby, I cannot have msg which would put me in the ER. I use kosher, sea, or Himalayan pink salts which are all natural and very flavourful to get that zip in Chinese food. They are also more concentrated than regular salt so use sparingly. Shrimp and toast would be so good right about now. Happy Saturday.

If done properly with the correct oil atthe correc temp, then it will come out at the desired crispiness instead of double frying... None the less, it is a good recipe with nice colour and presentation. TY
You know there's a scientific reason for double frying right? It actually removes the water and makes it even crispier. Thanks for watching and for the comment!
