P.S. Tonkatsu is really similar to Polish "Schabowy" ☺️ (basically we do it exactly like you did Tonkatsu)
I would recommend to sauté mashrooms with onion and put it on fried Tonkatsu. And Cheese on top. Put in the oven until the cheese melts. It's soooo good. 😋😋😋😋

In the USA we call that meat pork cutlet (minus the gravy). It is my favorite so thanks for this video!
I think most countries have a version of this...usa like u said...germany has schnitzel..im puerto rican n italian so we used to have the italian version which is milanese n the latin version which is chuleta valluna (which is actually a columbian dish) bc the kind that is popular in puerto rico is called chuletas fritas but its made with bone in chops n no breading. The biggest difference between all the versions would have to be the kind of seasonings used. We didnt put any gravy either unless of course u like spaghetti sauce with your milanese..which i do lol😉 i really wanna try tonkatsu tho..i think they did a video where they had some with cheese inside n it looked SO GOOD!!!!
