I really like the Figure Skater Peach. And apparently, most people do too. It's the most beloved transformation in the game.
How to dress like Figure Skater Peach:
1: Light Blue Mini-Dress
Peach dons a light blue dress with long translucent sleeves or neckline for the base of her Figure Skater outfit..
2: White Waist Band:
The white band around your waist for your dress is like something thinner-sized but you can apply white feathers around your waist band.
3: White Tights
Wear your white tights to warm up your waist, legs and your feet. For the gradient of your tights, You can color the tights light blue for gradient as you dip it onto the liquid dye poured in the tub.
4: Light Blue Sheer Long Gloves:
Wear light blue gloves in a longer size that are translucent and lighter with a sky blue gradient on toward to your hands.
5: Turquoise Heels
Figure Skater Peach wears turquoise heels with ice skating blades to skate on the icy floors.
6: Thin Blue Choker
Don a blue choker around your neck.
7: Hair Bun Scrunchie
Tie your hair into a bun. If you hair is not yellow like Peach, you can color using your hair dye as well
8: Light Blue Fabric Sheet
Use a large light blue fabric sheet to create a long band that drags onto your back.

Peach’s earrings are like ice crystals shaped like diamonds that hang onto your ears and so as your brooch on front of your chest.
10: White Feathered Headdress
Figure Skater Peach has a white feathered headdress below the back of her hair tied into a bun to complete your own costume.
Figure Skater Peach has a reference to the movie, Disney’s Frozen as similar to Elsa who moves on ice skates from Disney on Ice.
During in the splash intro, A piano tune plays that Figure Skater Peach bows her head downward with her eyes closed first and then she opens her eyes, skates around in a circle on the icy surface, spins around then saying “Time to shine!” as her arms are outstretched with her hands or fingers open wider and her mouth is closed when the snowflakes rain onto the icy floor.
The Sour Bunch Figure Skater always appears in the Figure Skater Peach stages. In this time during the boss, the music is ironic that he uses the Sour Bunch Cowboy’s theme shared in combat as the tune being that of “A Wild Showdown” over his ice skating battle where she was in her Cowgirl form.
The Wild Western music stops when Figure Skater Peach and the common Theets defeat the Sour Bunch Figure Skater.

Me neither! I've been trying and trying, and it's driving me nuts....

Same, the timing is a bit unforgiving.
Which would've been fine, if they allowed you to play the minigame without having to restart the level.
Took me like 7 tries. It was always the second to last round with the spins.
If you are having trouble, I would try to memorize the patterns of them (Either playing it on your own or watching videos like these).
Then, as soon as one phase ends; position yourself around the placement of the next one.
