He was great as Lovo! Didn't put it together that they were directly related so thank you for that. I will get around to a week of Hitchcock and Orson Welles eventually, so we'll be covering some of his son's movies too.
Either the coffin rise on the ship (that one's creepy as all hell) or it'd be when Hutter sees Orlak standing across the hall. The coffin rise has to take it for me though, it's iconic!
ALL Quiet On The Wesren Front(1930) is a classic
Scarface(1932) is a classic
'M' is a classic
Gone With the Wind is my absolute favorite movie. I watch it once a year
I see why! I grew up on North & South and so this movie ticked every box for me
You should see Paul Muni in I Am A Fugitive From A Chain Gang(1932)
@@Whatt787 I have it on my list :)
Many of the scenes from Scarface feature Osgood Perkins,, father of Psycho star Anthony Perkins.

There is a whole movie called Renfield, with Nic Cage as Dracula, get that in your eyeballs.
Oh yeah I know about it, it's on my list of movies for when we do a whole week of Nic Cage on the channel. That should be coming within the year :)
A clip from Nosferatu scared the bejeezus out of me as a little kid in the eighties, nightmares for weeks. See if you know which clip it was....

@@TunezCottage Good try, all very uncanny scenes, but it was the shadow on the stairs. His movements and silhouette are incredibly alien.
@@antdowd918 Oh good one! Seems Robert Eggers is going to be using that shadow in his new version a bit. It's by far the coolest effect in the film.
@@TunezCottage Eggers is making a Nosferatu?! I'm sold, I LOVE the Lighthouse!
@@antdowd918 Coming end of the year :) His movies are fantastic!
Where can I watch these movies?
If it’s old enough it’ll be on RUclips for free. Some you can find on Tubi and Amazon has a good number of classics too :)
@@TunezCottage oh, thank you! :)
