If the devs wanted to buff something (which lets be real, they don’t,) they could add in a new vault type or something called “Fast Food” where you have less time in the vault, but a lot denser of chests, and they have an increased chance of getting burger ingredients. Maybe it’d work well as a catalyst, since those give you less rooms in the vault, and they can make a special room for it too like the dragon rooms or mine rooms.
I'm not sure how good it is in this series, but I know mana shield in Diablo 2 (and the effective variant of the effect in PoE) are really only good if you have HIGH mana, as in more mana then health, and some high regen to boot. It usually is a "oh you are a mage build, lets give you *some* survivability."
Feel like this is what happened with the treasure rooms, cause didn't Abe get an Omega Idol out of a treasure room last episode? So they got nerfed, even though that is the only time this season that we've seen that kinda luck in those rooms.
I suppose if you counted the damage induced by the clouds as something similar to witch, tamed wolf, or iron golem damage, that you could still get the exp for the kill proc, while also not conflicting with the Ghost Walk cancel conditions. The main thing is hitting the target first so that if the other damage tick is the one that finishes it off, you would still get a vanilla exp orb, and the drops--though those would not be boosted by any looting% chances, again, like vanilla minecraft. To summarize; even if you don't kill the mobs, you would stop triggering the cancel to GW as long as the clouds stopped being considered player damage.
With how expensive it is to get into treasure rooms, why would they make it not worth it? Just feels like punishing the player for wanting to spend their resources and explore stuff. Treasure rooms should be where you can get some really good stuff, why have item quantity and rarity if you can't use it where it's properly useful? Some of these changes are baffling to me.
Day 4 of asking Cap to fix the map inside the vault to not rotate anymore! Maybe someone who see this comment and watch live on twitch can tell him to do this
Respect to Jordan for putting up with the constant nerfs to the server. By this point I would have given up since the devs seem to be making the game just a grind and no longer fun.
Iskall does realize he plays on the same server and the same game as others and he is not some server admin just torturing the player hes also in part with this whole nerf conundrum
Mana shield is like a planet fitness monthly. You pay 10 bucks a month then out of nowhere you also pay an annual fee of 50 on top of that…
Finish one, new one goes up. Finish one new one goes up...
I couldn’t live in a happier world
Does anyone else find the sound of the coins being mined to be so satisfying

Frighten corner hitbox collisions and then the reach on some of those bois…been hit through a solid block before by a dweller

33:00 The moment someone achieves it, Iskall will instantly nerf it. It has happened every time so far. Haste is already on the chopping block.

Agreed. The treasure room changes continue to baffle me.
