Hi. Firstly thanks for your effort making this video. Just want to ask, did you try changing only 1 sprocket at a time after this video? Not sure if you notice, the top speed 162KMh achieved with 15-45 setup was at below 10k RPM which seems to me, you dropped the ratio too much than the engine can handle. If you still interested to conduct the experiment, I would suggest gradually change the sprocket starting from 14-45 to 15-46 as increasing 1 tooth in front is equivalent to 2 rear tooth.
Yeah bro... I just conduct the test with 1 sprocket 15-45 in this video. And I appreciate your advice not to deviate too much from the stock setting... Perhaps 14-45 or 15-46 would provides better performance but I never tried yet... And thanks for watching
Please share the result if you happen to do it in the future. I'm curious how Duke 250 will behave with some tweak to sprocket but living in apartment, it's quite a hassle to experiment by myself.

No bro... The pulling force is still very strong even though ratio has dropped but that minor difference will not cause much effect as the sprint time and top speed is still the same

Mestilah boss... Sebab ketinggian tayar blh mengurangkan top speed... Saiz tayar 160/60 ialah saiz lebar 160mm dn profile 60 maksudnya dinding tayar ialah 60% dari lebar tayar iaitu 96mm... Jumlah keseluruhan tayar akan menjadi 96mm x 2 tambah rim 17" yang sgt tinggi... Jika original size 150/60 ialah 150mm dn 60% iaitu dinding 90mm sj... Jumlah keseluruhan 90mm x 2 tambah rim 17" pun rendah... Jadi enjin pun akan rasa ringan untuk memusing tayar yg kecil... Top speed pun tinggi
bro sprocket doesnt help for top speed .... its already been fixed top speed in the ECU..... for the top speed we need to remap the ECU or change the stock ECU with other ECU ( powertronic) check the video about powertronic ecu
@@MichaelLee26 bro full support can u put one vdo of set up what modification have u put in duke. Same we can put in rc bro. Bro 1 more que: we pull rc or duke to top end it struggles lot i think we modify over heating ro piston complaint like any issues comes bro plz rlp bro

Yup. I do agree 15T is too big... 14T for front should be enough... should only do adjustment on the rear sprocket...

The top speed is 162km/h with 15-45 final gear ratio... no difference with the stock 14-46 which can reach the top of 161km/h

Stock setting is front 14 rear 46 achieving top speed 161km/h while settings tweaked by myself is front 15 rear 45 achieving 162km/h

For better sprint then you can choose 14-46... It provides more torque for acceleration
