for procrastinating, I've found it helps to develop a list of productive activities you can do if you catch yourself procrastinating (cleaning your room, cooking, going for a walk/exersize, etc) so that when you procrastinate whatever it is you're supposed to be doing, you are doing something else that is good for your life so even if you're putting something off you're not necessarily wasting time because you're doing positive things. That also takes away the guilt of being on your phone for 3 hours when you know you have work to do, you'll feel better about procrastination if your time is spent cleaning or exercising because then that's not really "wasting time" so I like to think it's not "procrastinating"
