0:38I think lots of chin-ups and pull-downs are great, when you get this enourmous wide back, we did it because it was the only way to really open up those wings, the shoulder blades and the lats, and create the width, because lats is not for thickness of the back, it is all for width, but it didn't had that much thickness, so the rowing exercises, if it's t-bar rowing or onearm rowing or widegrip rowing with the barbell, all those exercises where specifically for thickness of the back
