I am from Upper East Tennessee and lived in Hinds County 1975-78 and 1981-85. It was a cultural shock for me, both politically and economically. But, the people I met while there are lasting friendships.
I have been to some of those cities, Madison is nice so is, Biloxi, Starkville, Long beach. Have not been to the rest. Thanks for the video.
Olive Branch is not the only city south of Memphis that is vibrant and growing. Hernando, Southaven and the new area around Lewisburg are superb areas to live. These communities along with Olive Branch are all included in the Desoto County schools, the best in the state, better than most in Memphis.
Living in South Texas, for the last 11 years, I really miss Mississippi.
Can't imagine why.
You think so, just ask the people in Jackson, Mississippi with poor health and poor water quality and the Governor did nothing about it
Help Greenville.
Clinton...liberal...big fat no
Who on earth wrote this garbage?! Horrible pronunciations by some kind of talking machine, bad grammar, ridiculous choices of vocabulary, and there are certainly nicer towns in the state than some that are listed. And the very second picture (which was used later too) is not even Mississippi, it's New Orleans! Bay Street Looey?? Oh, you mean Bay Saint Louis. At least Biloxi got pronounced right; that was amazing.
Wherever is NOT close to N (black "people"). Which in that state is nowhere, so.......
Racist much!?
What does racist even means anymore there isn't a meaning to it no more Mississippi isn't as racist as people think it is I
Tishomingo? May have 500 people and the courthouse you showed is in the county seat of Iuka. No idea what city you pictured when you mentioned Bynum. Have you even been to Mississippi?
I understand. I have nothing against anyone until you give me clear reason to do so.
Blacks seem to go out of their way to make themselves as repulsive as they can be. Not all by any stretch, but more than enough to make them annoying.
The hilarious part is they have become the very kind of person they hate.
