Excellent Sprinting Song 🎧 🏃🏽As an active duty marine I would try to mimic Jason Bourne’s fast pace run like in the scene where they play this song and he’s running on the beach. I always thought the scene was too short so I’d watch it over and over. Sounds weird but it actually helped me a lot and I’d run a perfect PFT and CFT every time.

the production team did a great job on getting things accurate: the operation room, the process, the politics, the training, the limitations, the intelligence services etc.

One of the most moving songs I’ve listened to in my life. It wraps Bourne’s senses of love, loss and life in one bundle. It was replayed in the Bourne Ultimatum when Jason is travelling on the train from Paris to London end brings out of his pocket the photograph of himself and Marie while looking at it wistfully. Absolutely heavenly.
The rhythm really goes back to 2000'...it's Devine, it can't be expressed, it just can be experienced through...Best ever soundtrack...motivating...a power to move forward...just be yourself...
There are three trilogies that are my favourites...... The original Star Wars, Lord of the Rings........and Bourne - Identity, Supremacy and Ultimatum.
I love Bourne, watched all 3 of them at least 20 times.. However, i have not seen the other 2 you mention as i dont think they are for me. Not my cup of tea i imagine. You still think i should watch them? :)
@@CoDINmyHEART Star Wars...A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are top notch. The 1977 Star Wars transformed sci-fi forever. One of my top 20....top ten flicks of all time and could be in the top 5 most influential movies of all time. Lord of the Rings- Followship of the Ring is epic. The follow two are more fan orientated, but worth it to round it all out.
