You brought me to tears. A gift. You have a gift of words. I have never been so thrilled to hear the next sentence. You, my dear, are an Artist. Thank you for this.
I was going to say the same thing. I was hanging on every delicious word. Casey truly has a gift, her storytelling is captivating! I could listen all day.
I agree, you are an artist of words and I thank you so much for taking me along to places I would never have gotten to see otherwise. Stay safe in your travels.
This is where you shine. Your story telling is your instrument. And you play it beautifully. Writing, imagery, composition, editing, it's all there.
Outstanding! This brought back memories of when my family visited Biltmore in the 1980's. Your productions should be on TV, like Sunday's Good Morning America.
Your ability to tell the story of history is so worth listening to!! I love your videos no matter the subject!
That was really well done. You have quite a talent for this stuff.
Casey, you are one hell of a woman! This was a beautiful video as always and I can so relate to your sarcasm! Keep doing what you do because you do it so well! Thank you for sharing wonderful things in the world that I will never get to see!
As always you knock it out. Your beautiful stories about beautiful places. You still rock.
That was so cool to watch..thank u 4 the tour..hope u have a good holiday wkend
That was amazing! I just love these videos. You have such a gift for story telling. God bless and be safe. See you next time.
Back in the day, I was a chaperone for a Biltmore visit for one of my children's school trips who are now grown and I was always given the additional bad kids to watch. I really didn't get to concentrate on the history of this beautiful home when I was there because I had.... well.... the bad kids i had to always chase down, so I missed the real tour. Thank you for this documentary. My husband and I will have go back to the Biltmore and take time to really explore it's history and beauty. Love your channel, good job
consintrate? you naughty girl.
I currently work at the Inn so I was able to connect with this. When I first moved to Asheville 6 years ago I was always trying to get hired, but to no avail. Until finally, a year ago it happened. Well done.
I was fortunate to tour this gorgeous estate in the very late 90's. Was there almost an entire day, but still didn't see everything. This wonderful video awakened long forgotten memories and I learned (or remembered, who knows at age 76!) more about the history. You have such a talent i hope you make $$$ from. I watch everything anyway.....just to see and hear you. You are the inside voice of this sweet southern little old lady!
That was a spectacular narration of this historic home. You do a great job bringing us historical and hysterical information!
The Biltmore should be paying you to do a documentary.
Beautiful photography, editing, and music, as always. You managed to make it look as if you had the place to yourself. I've been there twice, but I didn't pay nearly what you did-ouch! Thanks for a nice reprise
With this piece you should have got in free (your advertising for them. No, actually, they should be paying you for this!)
@@kathywehmeyer55 I concur.... at least a lifetime pass. AND her old Job back!!!!!!
Another great video. So, I just bought a big truck and 23 ft fifth wheel (used) from an elderly fellow. I thought, if you are rocking it, then why the hell not. Never driven one but I’ll figure it out probably with the help of RUclips. I have 2 years or so left at my law enforcement job in Canada
and then the other half ((already retired spouse) and I can get to travel other than weekends and holidays. Anyways, love your videos and I can relate to your sense of humour and wit.
Great video, especially touched when you explained stepping on the first step and holding the rail ...
Thank you, thank you, thank you Casey! What a glorious video of a bygone era. I nearly choked with laughter and fell off the bed when you said,"Bob made the Smokey Mountains his bitch". One always has a love affair with a Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo diesel. I see a long and happy life for you and Bob. I imagine that my late husband's 1999 Ram 2500 is still roaming the Texas Hill Country somewhere. ( After Gary's death in 2006 I donated it to our volunteer fire department, which later sold it as they needed the cash more than another truck.) Please keep up the good work. I hope to see more Baby Moos and goats in videos to come. If you ever come to Kerrville, TX you are welcome to come by.
As you so elegantly do, that was amazing Casey. How would you like to be in charge of just cleaning the bathrooms? No thanks. That place is enormous! Thanks for that tour.
That was absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for making and sharing this beautiful video Casey so well done😊🇨🇦
Beautifully done, as always. I'm sorry you missed some of the outer buildings - they are pretty spectacular as well. Thanks for traveling for me!
I love it when you take us with you on a tour. I will definitely be stopping here in the future. So glad your are conquering your fears of driving up mountains. I have been doing the same thing in my van in the Pacific Northwest. Mountains plus wind = one scary ride. I can’t imagine pulling a rig. 😎
A wise friend once told that everyone should see the Biltmore and San Simeon, to see what unlimited resources can do (With and without taste...)
Thank you Casey! This was an amazing tour with your words describing it all perfectly! Sending love from Brooklyn NY! XO!
THANK YOU! Yo talent is amazing. Please don’t ever stop, we love you.....
These videos are awesome. You do a great job narrating the history, family, e.t.c. Most of us never get to see some of these historic places. I always feel like I was there by just listening and seeing the photo’s you capture. You are definitely talented telling the tales of long ago. Keep up the good work!
That was awesome 👏 thanks so much for putting all that work in. You are so good (don’t get a big head😃) at this and I always look forward to the next one🤙
I love your bubbley attitude, so thank you for posting another video. it brings some light into the struggles im facing today
This was an amazing presentation. Thank you, for permitting us to live vicariously through your travels.
Well composed as usual. Thanks for the history and tour. Hope you continue with these videos.
We toured Biltmore and was so wowed by the architecture of this mansion. We're planning to go back to see it one more time.
Living in VA I've visited Biltmore several times. I've watched more videos than I care to remember. In all fairness, Your's was without doubt the most informative I've seen. Very well done. Thank you .
Another excellent historical tour, Casey. So glad you are doing what you love, and doing what I love. Win-win!!!
Love, love, love your storytelling! And your sarcasm and wit. Whether you’re just talking to us, taking us on a tour, or giving us the back story to a location or event you have a unique ability to engage us. I’m sorry you got kicked out of the storage unit but (selfishly) so glad that you’re on the move and taking us with you. Enjoy your travels and stay safe.
I love these style of videos. Your narrative is informative yet with a soothing sarcastic wit. I love them.
Thank you for the tour and backstory. Great job!
This is what you excel at. Bravo.
Beautiful video!! Thank you!!!
Thank you for the video. That house is amazing. What a beautiful structure.
Another well thought out report, I especially love that staircase because of the engineering, let’s hope our future is as brilliant as their past.
Wow! What a place... Thank you Casey. Your labours capturing this magnificent home are greatly appreciated from the other side of the world. Cheers from Western Australia.
Was nice to hear a little bit of your history and how you have evolved. Another great video ..always showing things most of us would never see. Your humor is appreciated.
What a great tour. I have been there a several times and stayed overnight several times, it is an amazing place. They use to have outside concerts and all kinds of different music festivals during the summer, they were really fun. What great memories, thank you so much for sharing.
Wonderful tour Casey. Nice reminder of a tour I took some years back. I remember Mr. Vanderbilt had Napoleon’s game table tucked away in there. Also felt a bit fleeced by the ticket prices and relentless hawking of Biltmore merch.
Fabulous garden though.
You do an awesome job with Bob. Wishing you safe and fun travels always.
Casey, you were made for this job. Your perfect. Love all your work and follow you faithfully. Thanks Casey.
Another well done video !! Thank you !!
Another example of why you are the only RV channel I look forward to! Thank you Casey!
Casey, Thank you for a wonderful tour of a place I have dreamed of seeing and may well never be able to do.
You are an amazing person. I've watched your RUclips volgs for a time now.
BRAVO👏 my dear Casey! I loved every second of this video! It was perfect! Your tour was breathtaking! One that I will unfortunately have to pass up cuz the place doesn't look particularly handicapped accessible. But I have your video! Once again, thank you Casey 💜.
Hello Casey..What a well done video of the Biltmore estates. As a current resident of Asheville I had the pleasure of visiting the home with a family member from Canada. You are correct the ticket price was outrageous but after walking thru the home and gardens I was happy I took the plunge. Thank you again and stay safe.
Very well done 👏 I agree with you at the end that you will never see craftsmanship as that again.
Casey, you have been dearly missed! Though I was fascinated by your build and commentaries, your documentaries are true treasure. Yes, a TV spot would also be enticing. I wonder if you could sell some of your documentaries to Sunday morning?
Hi Casey, your part of the story was the best. Working around that many people .... well, me, myself & I are preferred, but can tolerate up to three other individuals at one location. Nice out of sight location for the war wagon. Take care, enjoy the moos, and the peace and quiet of one of your favorite locations.
Awesome video..Thank you,Casey..
Great video. Thanks for the virtual visit to the Biltmore. I am sure I am not the first person to say this but you should write a book because you can paint a picture with words like no one else.
Very VERY Nice Detailed Tour - Thanx.... mvc
My Grandfather was born in 1881 near the Biltmore House.. He worked there as a young man. He worked with horses and carriage bringing folks to and from the train station. My family owned land which tbey sold to the Vanderbilts and is part of the estate. I have been there to visit the old family cemetary on tbe property near the shooting club house, which was also owned by my family. Im generationally far separated from any money acquired during any sale of land.
Nice camera work and story! Thank you. I would pay $90 to go thru this place with an audio tour. I went thru the house years ago and will never forget it.
Best tour of the Biltmore that I have had! Kudos!!!
I really enjoy your edits casey. It makes me laugh how a story can go. I laugh so hard. Chief Ding Dong ha ha.
Wow! Absolutely incredible structure! Excellent video and commentary!
Excellent video.. thank you
Thanks for the awesome tour Casey. Really appreciated it since there is no easy in Hell I will ever pay $90 to tour a house! Lol!
Thanks again for sharing your wonderful adventures, be safe 😷🥰🇨🇦
You are so interesting to listen too, thanks again mate
As always you tell the best stories and can make any topic interesting. This was outstanding. Thank you
I so get that feeling of "in the footsteps of fore fathers" in these old houses.
Just love your story telling- review- documentaries 💕
You really have a gift for telling a story. That was super entertaining!
Very interesting, Thanks!
It's not overpriced IMO. You are supporting the upkeep, the art, the history.... totally worth every penny. I enjoy the arts and think they have an important place in our society and since they don't get the love.... Yes it gets more and more expensive to keep it alive 😥.
Bob will be with you a very long time..he is well built!
I hope for many reliable miles for Casey and Bob.
Another wonderful story, you never disappoint! Loved it! Your dedicated weirdo...
So beautiful Casey, thank you.
So engaging! Loved it. Your work is so smart!
I don't know which story I liked better...your personal one or tour tour one. Both hilarious and informative. You have a very unique and interesting storytelling style.
Casey needs to have her own talk show, I love her, I love to learn, and I've learned so much from her :-)
Beautifully done, Casey! ❤️
Love your videos and sence of humor.
Look forward every Sunday to your post. Advice : tune down the tour voice your regular speech is great. I enjoy every post you do and your topics are great. Please do more if possible. Thank you so much for all you do. Little old lady D.
Great video!!
Excellent video!
Wow! What you said about staircases was stunningly beautiful! I typed it out with quotation marks and gave credit to you! 🌺 I hope you don’t mind!
Beautiful video, well done!
Young lady, you are an epic, fucking, absolute amazing artist and deep thinking writer! Loved this tour! That's saying a lot because mansions bore me unless there's a scandalous story attached to it. You talked about grit and determination in your last video and I believe that if you keep this up you will find yourself soaring to greater and greater heights. Grit, baby girl! Raw grit.
Casey the world is a better place with you in it!
As always Fabulous narration and videos.
I enjoy seeing the old building on your travels. If you ever get back to Georgia, drop by Milledgeville, GA. There you will find the old Central State Hospital. Now in decay, it housed the states mentally ill.
Check it out on the web. Enjoy.
Wow another jewel, thank you. The story, videography and edit are beyond good. I felt as if I was travelling with you.
Well done tour of this fabulous home. Incredible pictures and insight if the history.
Terrific storytelling and photography work!
Brilliant narration😊👍
I live in Asheville and have yet to visit due to the exorbitant price! For what their charging and the amount of visitors ( and their piecemeal tours) they must be making money hand over fist! I want to visit, so mixed with your sarcasm about the place and the reality of life there, your tour was the most real, I would imagine! Thanks!
Such a fabulous place. Never been, but want to. Thanks for blessing us with your story making talents and wonderful photography once again.
I went there in 1988 with my high school friend and our hubbies we did not go in as it was very expensive! But we went along the fence towards to sea aNd took photos from there!
You make such lovely videos.. not the average viewpoint, not the normal story. The industry is nuts to let you run around unsupported, unappreciated, and under exploited.
That pool shot looks exactly like a painting Epstien had in his art collection. The artpiece consists of nuses hanging inside of a pool.Exactly like the pool you showed..hmmm🤔
I had a yearly pass which is much more affordable. The price of 2 visits equals a season pass. Oh it is really worth it if you live close. Wonderful place to go 🚶♀️. It is beautiful place.
