Not surprised that this would be the most requested. I'm not a fan of sweet or dark stuff but even I like this. Love the rose, iris and oud combo. I had an older decant awhile ago and it had some orange chocolate kind of smell in the opening. With my later bottle, I just get iris, oud and rose with rose and oud being the biggest players. Great performer too.
For sure! I never got much citrus at all out of this, but the oud/rose/iris is for sure the main character of the fragrance. Really liked the projection on this one, stayed in the face quite well.

Its incredibly overpriced now (compared to original release) but part of me is okay with that because it almost deserves to be. This is as niche a designer as you can get, its so incredibly well made. You can literally smell the difference between the opening and mid, and mid and base. I can imagine being a perfumer and being inspired by this.
Thank you for posting this! My Dior Homme Parfum is the exact same batch as yours and I completely agree, not as much iris as you'd think. I get mostly oud, rose, and leather (all three of which I dislike, funny enough) with a slight hint of that familiar Dior Homme iris in the background. Very excited to hear your thoughts on Dior Homme Original (which has the same bottle design/size as Dior Homme Parfum) and which one of the three you like the most. I'm going to assume that it will still be DHP as DHO is extremely similar to DHI to my nose except with an added bergamot in the opening (even though it isn't listed in the note breakdown). I personally prefer the Original as a daily signature and then DHI for nights out. The Parfum is a bit of an afterthought for me, but to each their own!

that is the 2nd formulation, 2020 version, original 2014 formulation only came in 75ml bottles, and are going for 400 bucks, I have a bottle of 1st formulation, only wore once, has to be late formal affair.
@akakimtvralashvili3538 I am sorry, I don’t know about any differences between the batches. I’d assume that Dior quality control keeps them as perfect as possible though.
@@akakimtvralashvili3538 i had 2 bottles of 3F1X and sold both becouse projection and longevity was not that good compared as 3H01, 3H01 projection longevity is amazing and i cant pick difference between 3H01 batch and my old 9C01 batch from 2019 march.

You’re gonna want to top off at probably 3 with this guy, I find it gets rather Oud-y, so it may throw you off a bit. I really hope you enjoy your new purchase 😀

The OGs are for special occasions. Get them while you can. The beauty counter will be like a shit in a vast wasteland of gouge banality and cliches in 2025. You have been warned.

Yeah, honestly it’s all about that Homme Iris and musk, imo, so the only reason to own both is for completionist reason.

hello...I have 3X01 and not as good then one years batches when I did compare..how about yours?longevity or projection?
9:15 I got 3C02 - Mar ‘23. Longevity and projection were fine 👌🏾
