I had many Sindhi friends in School. One of them used to bring Koki regularly. Her Mother was an expert on all dishes. Her Poha was so different. I am thankful to her and her Sindhi ancestry for making my life more composite. Will try it sure.

This is masala koki. One of the favorite Sindhi rotis for breakfast, brunch or teatime. I love eating this with dahi. I liked your idea of using dried onion! That will make it even more crispy. Will try it out. Thanks for the upload :)
