Are you using this right now as your daily driver or another CRM? I'm starting my own agency and looking at various ATS. RecruitCRM is at the top of the list. I'm also looking at Loxo.
I tried Recruit CRM but then switched to Flowlu. Recruit is a good one, but Flowlu has more complete tools, and my other departments also use it, not just recruiters. I also didn't like the interface because it was cumbersome. In Flowlu, it was much easier to figure everything out.
Great question, I just set up a demo with them. By first glance, they don't seem as sleek, innovative or customizable. They also talk about "'IT staffing" and to me that's an older term. With that said, no judgements until I see it. More to come. I'll demo it this week
Hi Brianna, thank you for making this amazing video. You seem to have made the video a year ago, do you still think this is the best ATS? I'm about to chose an ATS and I'm doubting between several, including RecruitCRM and Recruiterflow. Loxo is also possible. I'm a solo recruiter of freelance data engineers. I'd love to get your opinion.
That's a great question! I have demo'd Recruiterflow and find it to be insanely similar to RecuitCRM. I know people who have used both a lot and both say good things. So I don't think you can go wrong with either. As for Loxo, I don't have personal experience with this, but I will say, I have not heard great things recently. I recommend you doing a trial with them all and just see what flow you like the most. I really look for ATS/crms that focus on simplicity, easy customizations, and directly focus on $$$$$.
@@briannarooney1018 It is visually clean and no doubt it creates great reports for the bosses but when comparing tools I am only interested in a product that gets me to a submittal faster. I use a homemade hodgepodge that is effective but is missing one piece that I think is vital to a perfect recruiter focused tool. This is how I found your channel (great stuff btw) - I was searching for that missing element.
@@mattschwope Have you checked out Loxo? I went from maxhire/bullhorn to Crelate and now I’m transitioning to Loxo. Different strokes for different folks, but it’s turning out to be a pretty bad ass tool for me and my team.
been using them awhile! Only good experiences with them. They get you on a call to walk you through ANYTHING
So glad to hear that!!

What are your thoughts on this vs Greenhouse? Greenhouse is my preferred
If you’re an agency, I’d use recruitcrm. We have Greenhouse too but we use it very differently.
Amazing content, but a bummer that I had to squeeze my eyes to see the 720p video quality.
Why would someone use this and not Job Diva?
Thanks!

looks terrible like every other ats/crm - focused to help middle managers micro manage. Hope you got paid and aren't actually using this.
What do you use? I think visually it’s really clean and well laid out
