      Thank you for your nice comment.
      Bringing people together is the biggest issue when moving to a new country and only if you found some like minded people, you will actually stay here and enjoy it much more.
      Cheers

    Hi Claudio, do you know if its possible to open a bank account with tourist visa. I will bring 6-8K with me in Nov for 14 days. Dont trust hotel safe and dont want to keep it in my socks.😁Also I have an international licence for Auto and motorcycle. Possible to get my Thai licence on tourist Visa?

      @doidoi5762
      Yes, you can open up a BKK bank account on a tourist Visa.
      I can connect you with an Agent and they will arrange everything, bank account I think is 5k Baht.
      Also driver's License is possible, for both, I think it's 5-6k baht (for both together ) .
      If you are coming for 14 days then you need to act quickly.
      The Question will be,
      When do you plan to come again to Pattaya and when do you plan to retire here ? If you plan to stay less than 5-6 month a year in Thailand, than you don't need the Thai drivers License at this stage.
      Cheers

      Thank you. Please let me know who do you recomend. If possible to get a Thai D.L would be great because I wount need to leave a deposit for motor cycle rental, no big deal but I wount have to carry my Intern.D.L , California D.L ,my passport, visa Copy in case I am stoped.

    As someone that has never been to the Philippines I find this quite interesting. I plan on going there for a holiday in the future.
