This was their debut song. Their company had no money for a video. Their CEO even paid, out of his own pocket, for them to go train in Los Angeles before their debut. I think, and I could be wrong, but he paid for them to go to morrocco to film this video and treasure on location.

I love that this was their debut.. their company didn't have much money in the beginning so the used the natural landscape in Morocco as free sets for their M/V.. I only found Kpop like 2 yrs ago and trust me when I say when you experience your first comeback(album release) it will engraved in your heart forever

You are right when you said they are on some Luffy shit because this song is a nod to that show and Luffy lol just like seventeen's super is a nod to Goku and dragon ball. Also the um oeo is like a pirate singing or chanting I love how they have something Pirate in their songs to keep up with that concept.
