I absolutely loved this! It inspired me to wake up at 6 today and I got so much done! This is random, but I was wondering if you could touch on your relationship with alcohol in a video. I recently got “sober curious” and know you used to be in the night life industry. I was just curious how your relationship with alcohol has changed and any tips for someone trying to drink less to live a better, healthier lifestyle. Thanks!

I’ve had such sleep issues for years waking up usually between 4 and 4:30 (and at its worst even 3:30) that when I began to see the number 5 on my clock upon wakening I was ecstatic. But I grew so used to getting so much done so early that even now any later than 5 or 5:30 throws off my entire morning routine and my whole day will suffer from it. (Do you always eat breakfast while working? I’m trying to eat more mindfully and stop looking at a screen while I eat.)
ugh I'm so sorry you experienced sleep issues.. it's the absolute worst. I've been there!! Sleep is so so important.. I"m glad you're able to get better sleep now! Yes I do typically eat breakfast while I write or email since I take such a good amount of time in the morning to mindfully move through my morning routine!

@@ShaylaQuinn I love it already! I wake up and then make my bed, drink water, change into workout clothes, workout and stretch, shower then start school work for online days 🤍
Yaaaas! So happy you shared this 💕 I also started a morning routine after reading the Miracle Morning and I’m loving it! The hardest part is consistency and I’m still working on waking up at 5am rather than 6am. Slowly but surely haha

Totally get it.. it's actually Beena bit gloomy here the past few days which has made it a bit harder but I'm telling ya, it's worth it!! 💗
