What he's saying about jobs and industries is spot on... Eg the whole of Accra where do you buy car parts? Abossay okai.... Imagine there's one at Mallam and there's one at Domi and Taifa and another at Teshie and Nungua.... Thats a form of industry where people can work... A taxi driver at domi would not travel all the way to abbosey okai.. They will just go to the one at taifa.... Again if there was a dedicated land space at La or Teshie large enough to be a smmall industrial area where bakers, sachet water, block factory, gate or welders are all located that's a form of industry.If we have many of such industrial areas imagine the jobs it will create in the whole of ghana... .. A carpenter making sofa and beds wants to expand but on the road side... How can he expand his business? If we have such a small community industrial estate he can go an rent extra space and expand his business... Remember that this expansion means he has to get more workers...
