This meditation elevated my consciousness in a different way. Thank you for investing some time doing this kind of videos. Super powerful if you fully experience it. Afterwards, when I opened my eyes I felt really peaceful and could see everything on a hole another level. This meditation and its effects made me wanna dance to express the love I was feeling really hard. When I was dancing, I could feel the air around us like it was filled with love, and I was immersed on this love energy. Actually, it’s all around us. Let’s feel this love everywhere we go. 💕💕💕💕💕

I’ve been meditating for a couple years and I’ve only a few times been completely relaxed and able to let go and at best get a floating sensation
However I tried this one yesterday and felt like I was dreaming and had no presence of my body and felt like I was floating elsewhere and felt no weight. I was really stoned however but that doesn’t take away from the fact, that this was by far the best meditation I’ve ever had and from now, every time I’ve had a couple joints, I get my headphones on straight away and listen to this

I’ve only had one experience like this and it was from something way more expensive than a RUclips video. One of the most intense hallucinations I’ve ever had, I re listened just to see what could have triggered certain things and I was waiting for the sound of birds to start playing and they didn’t but I heard birds right before the video ended.

I wish there were words to describe what I was able to accomplish through this meditation. At some point it took me back to a very traumatic event of my life and it felt like it was setting me free but I couldn’t put myself through it again I ruined it for myself…
