For the egg rolls you can make them on egg roll wrappers. You can find them in the produce section typically. The ones in the store are typically small so you can "glue" two together by wetting the edge to be "glued" with a wet finger and placing the second on top. Then fill and use your "glue" to seal them. They are great to bring to parties. Throw some ranch in with salsa for some Mexi-ranch and you are set. 💜 (I get this is a quick hack with items most people have on hand.. just throwing more tips out.) 😊
Okay for the Taco Bell cinnamon twists: buy spiral duros (specific type of pasta) and fry the pasta raw. DONT COOK THE PASTA FIRST. They’ll puff up so fast if the oil is hot. (I used to work at Taco Bell this is really all it is)
Yummy. About fondue: Here in the Alps (Italy, on Swiss border) some restaurants have a contraption for that. It is a cradle that support a half of a wheel of Toma (local cheese) with the cut face at 45° and a hot lamp over it. The cheese melt and slide down, you can take it off with a spatula and slather on bread, toasted polenta, grissini, or whatever is in the baskets provided.
That is actually called „Raclette“ in Switzerland, not „Fondue“. You can also make it at a bonfire. Place the half wheel on a hot stone close to the fire. Than scrape the melted cheese on some potatoes or bread. Voilà. „Fondue“ here in Switzerland is a very common dish in wintertime and not fancy at all. You can have so many different combinations of cheeses and ingrediences. Make sure to put some more garlic cloves in there
I make those pizza roll things all the time. I add loads of garlic/onion powder and Italian seasoning too. I don’t like pizza sauce with it either but a good garlic butter when they’re still hot is yummy.

Hi there!!! I can't wait to try the 1st recipe. Also Chia seeds were used way back in the day by the Aztecs. They believe they have many "medical" properties. You can throw Chia seeds into pretty much anything. Water, flavor water or aguas frescas, oatmeal, salads and more. People usually eat them to help loose weight because they keep you feeling full longer. However there are many good properties to them. I used to eat them in my oatmeal in the mornings. It helped me a lot since I have IBS. Research them and hopefully they can help you.
@@ErinRobinson I did used to eat them daily because they are also a really good source of iron and for a couple years I didn't really eat meats so that helped me with my iron levels. Now that I try to eat more meets I'll eat it every so often. I will throw a little in a smoothie or in a lemonade. Since it has no flavor I didn't mind them. The texture if you let them soak is not the greatest, but I do know you don't have to let them soak if you want to eat them.
@@ErinRobinsonVlogs yes you can totally eat them before they get very jelly. The more you soak them the more jelly consistency they get. Like I said people eat them in salads and stuff like that. Remember if you are trying to loose weight or so people let them soak so they can feel more full because the Chia seeds expand/get jelly.
Can't wait to try the southwest eggroll recipe. I'm a wimp when it comes to spice so I'll probably omit the jalapeños and just do straight up jack cheese.
I put a tablespoon or so of chia seeds in my tea sometimes. Add a little cream and sweetener/sugar of your choosing and its delicious plus has the benefits of chia. My absolute favorite it using Ceylon tea and brown sugar substitute, cream and chia seeds. Wowza what a yummy treat! Also chia puddings are devine (think tapioca pudding) and I've made a tasty savory chia relish before.
For the chia seeds, I only have them every now and then, but I like to make chia puddings. I just add a tablespoon of seeds, with 0.5-1dl of whatever milk you have (lactose free, almond, coconut, etc), you can adjust for preferred texture/thickness, and then I add in some vanilla sugar. Stir on and off for about 10mins, then let it sit in the fridge overnight. Then top with some fruit in the morning! It can still feel a bit slimey, but eating it like pudding definitely isn't as bad as that drink looked lol!
@@ErinRobinson for sure! And if you wanted to you could probably add different flavouring, like orange zest or something. I always just put vanilla sugar bc I'm basic and lazy, but it's almost like dessert, for breakfast!
I make a 'chia pudding' for my mother which is 1/8 cup chia to 1 cup almond mylk and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. (I think that's the right quantities but I lost the recipe and tend to make it up as I go along and see by eye and how it feels). Stir constantly for 15 mins so it doesn't clump. The consistency still looks pretty blegh to me, as does the colour, but it's another option if that's something you're into. She tops it with blueberries or peaches and raspberries, but any soft fruit would work. Keeps in the fridge for a day or so as well, so you can make it at night to have it ready for breakfast the next day. I've seen a couple of articles warning about the TikTok Chia trend - basically saying it could work, but it could also cause bloating, discomfort or even bowel blockages. I've also seen a lot of nutritionists saying this 'hack' is a good idea, so, take it with a pinch of salt *shrug.* But I'd rather the warning was out there than sit here silent and later down the line go, "Oh, I wish I'd said something before x happened." :)

Haha fun video, Erin. That chia water looked rough. I'll add them to a protein shake from time to time, but I have no desire to do anything else with them. Before our time, fondue was all the rage. Imagine being invited for dinner at people's houses and they served you that like all the time? And on dates. I gotta say, that viral egg sandwich idea has been out for a while and every time I see it, it grosses me out. I have no problem putting scrambled eggs or an omelette on a sandwich or with french toast, but that to me never looks good.

You clearly need to hit up a melting pot! It’s a fondue restaurant! 10/10. I also suggest doing the 4 courses. It’s a lot of food but when I go I make it my only meal lol.
I wonder if there are any of these on the west coast!?!?
@@ErinRobinson for you I looked. There’s a few in California. Thousand Oaks, San Diego, Sacramento, and Larkspur!
@@alyssabalko6746 Ohhhhhhh.....I feel a video coming on......Or maybe just a dinner date with Matt
For the second one, I'd dip it in garlic butter. Butter can be sauce, right? lol
Butter is borderline an appetizer so YES it can be a sauce!
Ooh I wonder if you could do the southwest egg rolls in the air fryer?! 🤤
You know, I don't have an air fryer and I feel like I am missing out!
@@ErinRobinson ERIN!!! how do you not have an air fryer?! New video idea: Erin tried an air fryer for the first time!
@@frankiefrank3422 Love this idea! I have such a small kitchen and I feel like I would never use it so I've avoided it so far, but the more people talk about it the more I want one
@@ErinRobinsonVlogs I’m telling you it’s worth it - I have a small kitchen too so soooometimes certain appliances end up in the guest bedroom closet 😂🤫 it’s perfectly fine
Fun fact, an air fryer is not needed if you have a convection oven. That is all an air fryer is just smaller.
Where did you get that cup from! The one used for the chia seed water!
amzn.to/3zY878T
These are the ones I have (They're in my amazon affiliate store) and they're one the best purchases I made during the pandemic. They're good for hot and cold bevvy's
You left yourself WIDE open for some colorful comments.😂 I'm gonna be a good boy and sit here biting my lip.
Well, I feel like that's always unintentionally the case around here, so I am used to it by now lol
What is love is how you go sexy talk with the food 😊😋😌😌😌
In love to with your reviews 😍😍😍
The egg rolls and cheese fondue bread is a win 🔥🙌🏼
I have too much fun in the kitchen!
If you want to eat chia, look for chia pudding recipes.
Do you taste the chia seeds in your protein shake? Like, can you sense the texture of them?
@@ErinRobinson hey , you do feel the texture in smoothies. I normally don’t add more than 2 tsp in my smoothie and it’s fine for me. I’ve gotten use to it over the years.
@@ErinRobinson no because there's so much to mask it. Also once you add protein powder which probably has a thickener, banana, and other thick textures, is hard to notice.
@@derryXDINES Ahhhh I see...I'm interested. I think it could for sure work to mask it!

Hey Erin
Off topic but can u react to your super adorable Austi butler clever clips?
Please please:)
Oh!! Those are such throwbacks!!!! I don't own that footage, but I love the idea!
@@ErinRobinson they are so fun to watch. Maybe on tiktok :)
maybe you may like chia seed better in a pudding
We have to be alone the same wavelength because a lot of your videos I agreed with you on or already thought them like the cheese fondue I was wondering if it was good or just something rich people do because they need to burn money
Yeah, that's why I love all of you. Also, I think chocolate fondue might be superior.
@@ErinRobinson so gonna have to try it. I am assuming it's a certain kind of chocolate you have to use
@@JustinBrehm Yeah, I hope it's not "fancy" chocolate and just like...Hershey's syrup LOL!
@@ErinRobinsonVlogs lol ikr
I put chia seeds in my smoothie. You doeven notice them.
How much do you put in?? Some people are saying you shouldn't have too much or it will hurt your stomach
I add a small amount of chia seeds to my cereal and the texture isn't bad at all. No way I could drink a slimy glass full of them.
When you say cereal...do you mean oatmeal?? And the slime impact is SOSOSOSOSO bad
@@ErinRobinson Both. I try to make box cereal more healthy by adding chia, grounded flax or hemp seeds. I only add under a tsp and eat it quick lol
@@xsprinkz OH! So, you sprinkle them into your actual cereal and milk and just eat them before the plump up?
@@ErinRobinson Yep!! :)
What about ranch ok the pizza bites?
I think Ranch would have been better, but I still feel like there are a lot of good flavors that would have been drowned out. Maybe one of my favorite ranches would have been delish. Have you seen my ranch taste testing video?

My best friend 🥰thank you for your upload 🌺🌼May god bless you 💐💐Like 904 & Susc🏆🏆🏆🌼
Thank YOU for your comment!
I dont think swiss people eat cheese fondue lol
NO!?!?!? Have I been mislead all these years?
I wonder how the egg rolls would be air fried 👀
After reading all of these comments, I need to get an air fryer!
Oh man, Erin.... Be careful with the chia seeds. They can make you SO bloated and can make you feel just awful.
Woah, really?!? Even just a couple of tablespoons???
@@ErinRobinson They say to start slowly with one tsp and see how you feel. Your video had funny timing as my mother-in-law and I were just talking about this. She was trying something she had seen on TikTok and was having two tablespoons a day and she said after a few days she felt really horrible because I guess that chia seeds draw all the water out of your GI tract and just can be too much too soon, I guess.
Sounds like they're a great source of fiber and omega-3s but knowing that she just went through this like a week ago I just thought I'd throw the cautionary tale out there for you. 💕
Thanks for all the content, I've been watching your videos since you left Clevver.
@@KrmtFrog98 Thank you so much for sharing this!!!! I had NO idea chia seeds were this powerful. A few of you commented about the bloating but it seems like even a little bit of them can cause some serious problems!
@@ErinRobinson I mean, you know, do your own research and what feels right for you. I'm not authority, I'd just hate to see you feeling worse by doing something that should be good for you. 💕
I’m a bit confused. Why this dish is called egg rolls when there r no eggs in it? 🤔
I hear you, Marie. Take it up with Chili's ...because a lot of us have the same question
does the Chia Seeds drink make u lose weight?🤔
I've heard it makes you stay full, longer but I think that's a general diet thing, versus just this drink. I can attest it makes you very regular, which honestly is amazing!
Lol chia seeds are disgusting! I use to take them to loose weight and I did but at what cost!!! Lol they will make you go to the bathroom like you have really bad diarrea so I guess it does cleanse you 🤣🙃
The texture is toooooooo much
You can take the girl out of the south but never the south out of the girl.
That's what I thought too, but then the girl chose the baked pasta over the fried pasta, and nothing made sense!
@@ErinRobinson stick to your roots!
Have you tried the barbacoa recipe yet?
@@rocketmonkies No! What barbacoa recipe?!?!?
Chia seed pudding is much better
I've never had it before! I'm not going to lie, it sounds like I wouldn't like it but a lot of you have recommended it so I feel like I should at least try it once!
😍👍
TY friend!
If you really want to do chia seeds they are super easy to do in smoothies and on salads I don’t think I could drink them in water 🤢
I have for sure had them before in salads, but this...this was something completely different
@@ErinRobinson oh I’m sure haha you are braver than me 😂
@@Jess-ix8do I don't think I could ever do it again if you paid me
I feel like having a microphone so close to your throat/mouth in an eating video is not the move haha 🥴
I try to cut most of the...gulps...out
So many things wrong with this video... That is not fresh mozzarella in your pizza bits... You should never fry things in Olive Oil; it has too low of a smoke point... Soaking Chia Seeds in just water can give you some nasty gastro affects... oy vey
