Is this set going to work fine with a level 309 hw? I got my int and dex overcap. And is it still good if I'll make it an all around set? Like spamming eq's at 3i's? Thanks in advance and good luck!
Ace Iruna it's only work at lv350+ coz hidden tellas every 20lv reduce 1% mpcost You can change struggle to country road,so you can spam up to 5x with it ;)

Because I have both rods now, and it seems that tellas ii deals more damage? Tellas max is at 630k sb and universe barely hits 600k with sb. They both have gerust xtal on.
