    Knowing how to tell the difference between Dependent and Independent Clauses is essential to getting a high score on the SAT Grammar. You should expect to see anywhere from 4 - 6 punctuation questions on the SAT. That's 10 - 15 % of your score. More often than not, you must use your ability to make a distinction between a dependent and an independent clause.

    Thank you for your videos. Could you please explain about how the words that and which could be a sentence fragment. I took SAT College Panda Writing Practice Test 2 pg.268 and missed #30. I answered B "that" and the answer key said it was a sentence fragment. Why? Thank you can you please help?

    So, I love this video and the www... method you used; however, some of your information in the discussion of phrases is incorrect since the "subjects" there are actually the object of the preposition. AND, if you added a verb to "on the street," you would not have a clause, you would have a verb phrase. I love grammar.

      This is a hard question to answer especially because I don’t know your current level and your goals score. I would study as much as possible to reach your target score or above your target score in practice tests.,

      @@nursimadagg you should take a full SAT test. If you are planning to take the test in 2022, use the old materials.
